The Ajabsandali (eggplant and vegetable stew) was full of flavour — smoky, herby, and super comforting. The Ajarian Khachapuri was amazing too — fresh out of the oven, with melted cheese, egg, and butter in the middle. So rich and satisfying.
We also had Charcho, a hearty beef stew with walnuts and spices — perfect for a cold day. And of course, the Khinkali — juicy dumplings that were cooked just right.
To top it off, we had a bottle of Saperavi wine, which was smooth and deep, really brought the whole meal together.
The staff were friendly, and the atmosphere was relaxed. Great spot to enjoy real Georgian food....
