The food was not harmful, that's all I can say. The bun was too big for the meat and it could be grilled. There was no cheese but some kind of a cheese dressing. I ordered a pineapple burger and there was no pineapple in my burger. French fries could be fried longer. Moreover, at the beginning we asked if we can pay by card and they said yes. When it came to paying for a bill, they wanted to charge me extra for paying by card. In the end, I didn't have to but the fact they tried to pull it off made my experience unpleasant. Last but not least, information that 12% additional fee needs to be paid can be found on the first page of the menu but you really need to put some effort to catch it. 6% VAT and 6% service - first of all, if you pay 6% and then another 6% it's not 12% difference, do the math. Second of all, I don't understand why VAT is not included in the price and also why they expect 6% service since it was simply decent, nothing that calls...

Dreadful. Just dreadful. Don’t bother. Ordered the mixed grill which was terrible and freezing cold. Had to send it back and they microwaved it. Waiter (if that’s what you call him) placed his hands on my food to check the temperature. Unbelievably bad just don’t go. Manager refused to listen, took off the service charge and tax which amounted to nothing. This was between 7pm and 8:30 pm on Tuesday...

We ate here one hour ago. They tried to stiff us 10 dollars in change. When my husband said he still needs 10 dollars, the guy first tried to say “no no no” my husband then said YES. He finally gave us the money he owed us. Ps- gratuity was included in the price already, it said it on the check. BEWARE...
