From what I’ve seen online, Five Guys is a popular American burger chain that’s said to be tastier and different from more ordinary fast-food places. I’d watched many videos and wanted to give it a try. The soda from the machine tasted just like regular cola—nothing special, but still good. We paid around 5 euros each just for the drinks, which I found quite expensive.
The fries were better compared to some other fast food places—I chose the seasoned ones, but honestly, the seasoning was too salty for me. The burger bun was dry and fell apart just from holding it, which made eating it a bit of a challenge. I don’t think I’d choose it again.
Given that it was lunchtime and the place wasn’t very busy, I probably should have taken that as a sign 😅. Maybe the Five Guys in the US is better, but I can’t say the same for this location.
On the positive side, I didn’t have any issues with the staff. However, the interior was quite hot—it was at street level near the kitchen and grill area, so that may have been the reason. In fact, we felt relieved when we stepped outside into the cooler air.
Overall, my experience was disappointing. We ordered one regular fries, two drinks, and two burgers and paid nearly 40 euros. That just didn’t...

The restaurant was very busy as you would expect when the Christmas Markets have started, however the level of cleanliness in the public side was completely unacceptable.
Waste was quite literally piled 1 metre high upstairs by the bins, which is a massive problem, the floors were covered in food, there were plenty of staff cooking, so why no staff cleaning?
There were also guests refusing to move from their tables even after finishing their food, even when diners were waiting.
Needs some management of these issues and a visit from the public...
Read moreI recently tried Five Guys for the first time after hearing a lot of positive feedback and I must say, it didn't disappoint. The burger, particularly the 'little cheeseburger', was surprisingly sizable, with meat that was both fresh and juicy, striking a great balance in flavor and texture. Alongside the burger, the banana and vanilla milkshake was a delightful treat, bursting with flavor. However, the experience did come with a downside – the pricing. Unlike other burger chains that offer meal deals, Five Guys charges for each item separately, which I found to be somewhat expensive. Overall, while the quality and taste were impressive, the pricing strategy could be a deterrent for...
