I don’t think I have ever given a place anything less than 3 stars and that was maybe one time. This definitely doesn’t even deserve any stars. They have a ridiculous way of ordering online while you are at your table or seat. They won’t give menus and take your order. The website was extremely glitchy and our order came out wrong. We also waited about 45 minutes before receiving any food. We didn’t get our ramen at the same time which is very confusing to me. We asked for a refund on 3 water bottles that we didn’t order and they said they can’t do refunds at all. They tried to offer another bowl of ramen in place of the 3 waters, but I was confused how they were even going to get me a third bowl of ramen(my wife and I originally ordered one bowl for each of us) when I hadn’t even gotten my ramen yet. The food came out room temperature and their chashu was thin cut and had the texture and flavor of cheap deli ham. The broth had some odd bitter taste with no seasoning of any kind. The bao bun was very chewy and not soft at all. The gyoza was maybe the best thing but I mean they were definitely frozen and it’s hard to mess that up. Considering everything was pre made. I don’t understand why it took so long to make our order. It’s just ramen. Once the noodles are done. Which takes maybe 4 minutes, you just have to throw it all together. But, oh well. What’s done is done and I am sure we will be laughing about this experience in the near future. Oh last thing. There was no space at all for coats or purses. No hangers of any kind. Read moreI rarely ever leave reviews, I especially rarely leave bad reviews. However, this was the WORST eating experience I’ve had in a long, long time. To start with, they don’t take orders from you, you have to sit at a table and order through the website. Ok, sure. We placed our order and waited patiently for our appetizers….. 45 minutes later, we get our “food” all at once. Everything is literally precooked—HOW does that take so long? Additionally, their system somehow GLITCHED and changed my entire order???? Changed what was in my ramen and glitched to order 4 waters instead of 1? When I pointed out the error, I didn’t even ask them to change my ramen order (even though it was completely wrong), all I asked is that they refund me for the extra water bottles and they refused to do it. Then, we tasted the food. The noodles (which somehow took 45 minutes at a NOT busy time) were basically uncooked. The broth was not hot, but warm. The vegetables were completely raw. The meat was no better than deli meat. There wasn’t even salt in that broth. If they’d boiled some Maruchan cup ramen I would have been happier.

Food was really bad :)) The soup was lukewarm, noodles were uncooked, bean sprouts were literally raw and egg was so salty. I’ve never eaten a worse ramen.
Service was even worse. I don’t speak French so I spoke English to the waitress. She still answered me in French but somehow talked to other guests in English?? Oh and I order an egg as an extra but they forgot it. So I told them about it and they got me the egg. But the attitude was very impolite. They literally just put the bowl down the table heavily, looked the other way then went away without saying sorry. This is even below the bare minimum!
Here you’re supposed to scan the code on the table and order food on your phone. But trust me, you can never do that cause the internet doesn’t work.
