26 June 2021. Arrived a bit after 6 pm and had a group of roughly 12-14 people (none of the other restaurants in MOA would take us). Was told that there was about a half-hour wait. Part of our group went to wander the mall for a bit while the rest of us went to the bar to wait. On our way to the bar, we noticed that the restaurant was only at about 15-20%(at the most) capacity. It also felt as if someone mopped the runway between the entrance to the bar with soda as our shoes were sticking to the floor. There were staff standing in the doorway to the kitchen and at a couple of registers just playing on their phones. We were finally seated between 645-700 and it took forever to get our orders taken and our food. BUT GET THIS, we were not told until AFTER we were seated AND tried to place our orders that they were OUT of traditional wings, ranch dipping sauce, honey bbq and sweet honey bbq for the wings along with a couple of others. There were other items they were out of as well. A couple of us even asked "well, what the hell DO you have?" By this time, it was 730 and our group was from out of town and didn't want to go anywhere else as late as it was. My honey bbq boneless wings with fries ended up being a salad with vinaigrette dressing. The first person to order in our group (who ordered a chicken salad) was the last person to get her food - and it only had a couple of pieces of chicken on it and what appeared to be a little cheese sprinkled on the top (can't believe they charged her something like $11.49 for it). Another gal in our group got what appeared to be wings that had freezer burn. She had to send them back to get heated up as they were barely lukewarm, but they did not look appetizing at all. By the time we finally got our checks and went straight back to our hotel only about a mile down the road, it was 915 or later. SERIOUSLY B'DUBS, if you are out of some (or in this case, many) of your SIGNATURE ITEMS , have the common courtesy to let the customer know when they first arrive and BEFORE you seat them so they have the option to decide to go elsewhere. With our group and no one else in MOA wanting to take us and the lateness in time by the time you seated us. The whole visit was inexcusable on your part. We would have definitely gone elsewhere (off of the MOA campus) if we had known you were out...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI sincerely wish I could give this location less than one star. I have eaten here a few times and don't think I've ever had a positive experience. During my last visit, my husband and I waited almost 15 minutes before our waitress came to the table to greet us. We could see it was quite busy, so we figured she had probably had another table sat around the same time. So, while annoying, it wasn't a huge deal. However, she then took almost 20 minutes to finally bring the drinks we ordered and walked away before we had a chance to order our food. We ordered an appetizer and each ordered wings. To make a long story short, we ended up getting the appetizer with our wings, which was frustrating. Our server made not apologies... just slammed everything down on the table and asked if she could bring anything else. We both asked for refills on our drinks, which had been sitting empty for quite a while. The food was cold and almost inedible... we left more than 3/4 of it on the plate, and we never received our refills. We paid over $50 for a plate of soggy, cold cheese curds and two orders of cold, inedible wings, which is ridiculous! I remember when Buffalo Wild Wings used to actually be good and affordable... apparently those days are gone. Upon paying our check, we asked to speak with a manager, but we finally gave up after no one showed up nearly 20 minutes later. Needless to say, after this experience, we won't be coming back, and we'll advise others to steer clear of this train wreck.
Edit: We decided to give this place another try on Father's Day. Some of the worst service we have EVER had! Our server took forever to get to our table, basically threw our food at us without asking if we needed anything else, and we had to flag down a different server to get a drink refill. And, again, we were served cold food. Lesson learned... Shouldn't have given them a second chance, and will definitely not...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreLet's take a journey together to BWW in the MOA. Walking up with a pleasant bounce in your step at the idea of wings warming your belly you arrive at the greeters station up front. The hostess asks if high back chairs are ok, but you reply that you're dad has a bad back and would prefer normal dining seating. The hostess looks back with annoyance as she has already started towards the bar area and steps back behind the counter. With a huff and a puff she finally reply this way. She seems inconvenienced by our arrival, but manages to get us to our table.
Our waiter arrives, soft spoken of course, and asked what we would like to drink. 3 beers and a sweet tea we reply. It seemed simple enough but the waiter seemed confused and reiterated a few happy hour specials even though we seemed quite clear what we wanted.
Our beer appeared a few minutes later while the waiter and sweet tea took a journey to the eather. After twenty minutes we finally called out to the waiter asking for our sweet tea from across the room. He frustratingly replied he would be right back. He soon returned with a plain tea. I thanked him and said we are ready to order.
He took our orders of will go and didn't mention sides or garnishees at all. Off he went again into Narnia. After an hour of watching guest after guest walk out due to how rude the greeters are and how slow the service we decided to ask about food. The waiter replied that some big wigs were there and took priority over us. It's fine, we continued to wait. After a few incorrect deliveries our food finally came and we dived in. Of course it was good it always is. We ran out of water And couldn't find the waiter so one of our party walked to the bar. The bar tender refused to give us any so he went to another waiter who happily helped. Strange but ok.
Over all it seemed like we inconvenienced the place to be there and will never return. I highly recommend...
