Ramen was flavorless AND had hair in it. I showed the cashier and she just nonchalantly said “we can remake it”. Yall…I stood there and watched 3 people hover over my food with not one hair net in sight! What sense does that make? I also asked for some sauce to add flavor to my food, and guess what?! The manager said it’ll be an extra charge! lol After I found their hair in my food, that I had already started to eat, and allowed them to remake, instead of demanding a refund. They do not value their customers. I decided to give them another chance, they didn't deserve. I will never come back. Very unprofessional and unsanitary. Pictured below is their “spicy sauce” she didn’t bother to say it came with meat, and two different dishes that came with hair in it. The picture of ramen was meant to be posted on social media. That is the only pictures I had and I’m glad. Bottom line. Cooks should cover their hair and wear gloves! Managers should too, if they’re going to handle food and money.
Update: I also found the managers hair in my gyoza……once I got back...
Read moreI noticed this place at MOA immediately and I knew I had to try it! The dish was quick to come after I placed my order and delicious! (Viewers! You have to acquire a taste for this stuff! If you don’t like seafood, noodles, broth, and any ingredients on the menu then this place is not for you.) I was so glad I beat the rush because people started to line up. They have a single kiosk to where you can order and not have to do face to face but the down side is people were lining up but just looking at the menu not knowing what the difference between dishes. The woman taking orders didn’t ask anyone if they have been there before or even help out people to get them to order. ‘Hey have you been here before or have you tried this?’ Would really help out a lot of people if the workers were more verbose towards the new guests. Over all pretty good place and it was something new I always...
Read moreI came here with very high expectations, since the original restaurant was one of my favorites . That’s why I was excited to find out a new location opened up in the Mall of America. That’s why it was very discouraging to find out that the experience was not the same. First of all, they did not have the red curry ramen that I love, and most of the menu had changed. I ordered my back up ramen and was disappointed to fin that it lacked flavor. Something akin to wet noodles. At the counter when I asked about the menu the staff said they didn’t know and they didn’t have any recommendations. This is fine, if the restaurant want to change it up and provide a more fast food appeal with smaller portions and luck luster flavor, then in that case they should charge less!!
Very dissatisfied, I will stick to the original restaurant where the quality and the...
