Walked by this place for weeks while they were getting it ready to open. Stopped on one day to see when they would open and met the owners Adam and Mo. I bought a bowl for me and a gyro for my wife. We also got some garlic sauce, hummus, eggplant and baklava. They asked for honest feedback about all of the food we got. I gave them mine and my wife’s feedback. They made changes based on the feedback. My wife said the baklava was the best she has ever had. We got a plan together to cater lunch for my staff and it was delivered today. Had enough salad and rice left over for another lunch for the staff. I ordered extra chicken and gyro meat for the staff to have lunch again tomorrow. My staff loved the food we got and this won’t be the last time we get food from them for our staff.

I was excited to check out Kallisto Grill today during their soft opening! ✨ I chose the gyro bowl, which was very delightful. It came with a generous portion of rice, gyro meat, and toppings like lettuce, cucumbers, and feta, as well as sides of tzatziki sauce and hummus. I was also given a side of chips with a garlic dip, which was a pleasant surprise! The charming interior and welcoming, attentive staff make it an ideal place to either relax or grab a quick, delicious meal. They also have ♿ handicap accessible seating, 🅿️ parking behind the restaurant, and 🚻 restrooms. Overall, I had a great experience and am already looking forward to going back when the full experience is complete!

I didn’t try their hummus, but the gyro wrap was somewhat on the bland side—the meat seemed to lack seasoning. Not the best, but certainly not the worst gyro I’ve had. That said, the staff was very friendly, they checked in on me halfway through my meal, and let me take my time eating.

So I haven’t been here “properly” yet and will update my review when I do. I walked in with my wife the other day, we had already eaten, and I promised the owner that I will return in a week (and I will). The owner was extremely hospitable, walked me through the offerings, and offered us some hummus and chip for free just so we could taste, and it was extremely good. So the service/atmosphere/and taste of food we had were excellent. I’ll update this once we visit for a full meal next week.

Edit: we went and it was great. Some of the best hummus I’ve ever had. Wraps were great. They gave us lots of freebies and also took our feedback....
