I recently had the pleasure of ordering takeout from Denny's, and I must take a moment to highlight the exceptional service provided by your server, Jasmine. From the moment I placed my order, Jasmine's warm and enthusiastic demeanor made the entire experience delightful.

When I arrived to pick up my meal, Jasmine greeted me with a bright smile that instantly made me feel welcome. She was incredibly attentive, ensuring that my order was prepared just the way I wanted it. Jasmine took the time to double-check everything, making sure I had all the sauces and sides I requested, and even offered some great recommendations for future visits.

What truly stood out was Jasmine's genuine care for her customers. She asked if I had any dietary restrictions and took extra precautions to ensure my meal was safe and delicious. Her attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction were truly impressive.

We came to Denny’s six times between June 1st and 5th during our vacation. The first five visits were flawless — great service, great food. But the sixth visit? An absolute nightmare.

Server: Ahnjalique Time: 6 PM to 7 PM

This was the worst service I’ve ever experienced in my life — no exaggeration.

We waited 30 minutes before she even brought water or took our order. I ordered a salad as a starter, and it showed up at the same time as the main course — over an hour later. She looked like she didn’t want to be there for a second — dragging her feet, zero energy, zero effort. She never cleared the dirty plates, leaving them on the table the entire time. Our table looked like a dumpster by the end. 30 minutes of waiting for dessert, and when it finally came, she had already dropped off the bill without even asking if we wanted one. No smile, no personality, no basic courtesy. Just a walking bad vibe.

After five perfect visits, this last one destroyed our impression of the place.
