We came to Denny’s six times between June 1st and 5th during our vacation. The first five visits were flawless — great service, great food. But the sixth visit? An absolute nightmare.
Server: Ahnjalique Time: 6 PM to 7 PM
This was the worst service I’ve ever experienced in my life — no exaggeration.
We waited 30 minutes before she even brought water or took our order. I ordered a salad as a starter, and it showed up at the same time as the main course — over an hour later. She looked like she didn’t want to be there for a second — dragging her feet, zero energy, zero effort. She never cleared the dirty plates, leaving them on the table the entire time. Our table looked like a dumpster by the end. 30 minutes of waiting for dessert, and when it finally came, she had already dropped off the bill without even asking if we wanted one. No smile, no personality, no basic courtesy. Just a walking bad vibe.
After five perfect visits, this last one destroyed our impression of the place.
