TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
This was on May 25, 2019: It's a long read but STICK WITH ME...
We were in Nashville, TN celebrating my Best Friend's Bachelorette Party. We had signed up to do the Party Barge (the pick up location is behind Losers Bar and Grill-- next door). So we thought we would grab dinner at Winner's Bar and Grill because it was recommended and their website had a good menu. Upon arrival, we all sat down and waited for a server to greet us. After about 5 minutes she came over and passed out a little piece of paper with about 5 menu items on it and didn't say anything else. She came back and asked us for our drink orders, we gave them to her and she took our credit cards? Which I thought was strange because we weren't intending on keeping an open tab. We also asked for water and she rudely said: "It's over there" and pointed to a water dispenser on the bar. After we get our drinks she explains their kitchen is "under construction" so that list is all they had. It was BBQ pulled pork, hamburgers, hot dogs, and chips... We just decided to get something anyways and would have a nicer dinner afterwards (because we were about to drink and needed food...) Next, the server told us we had to order all our food at the bar because she wasn't a "waitress". Ok. So we had to wait in line and finally all ordered our food at 5:30pm and we needed to be next door for the Party Barge at 6:30pm. We then proceeded to go ahead and close out our tabs while we waited. First, the same server charged me double. I ordered a hamburger and ONE beer. She charged me $20 when it should have been $10. She also messed up my friend's payment as well. After that, I was already annoyed. But hold on, it gets worse. We are STILL waiting for our food 30 minutes later. Food that shouldn't take longer than 15 minutes to cook. We then told them again we're on a time constraint, the other bartender was rude and said it would be out in 5-8 minutes. Finally, two girls got their pulled pork sandwiches WITHOUT BBQ because they "didn't have any" although that's what their terrible little menu said it came with. Who eats a pulled pork sandwich with NO SAUCE? Also it was ICE COLD. It's now 6:15pm at this point and then two orders of hot dogs come out. They looked DISGUSTING and guess what? COLD. At that point we went up and complained and nicely asked for our money back because 1. The food was coming out terrible and cold 2. We had to be next door in the next 15 minutes. A guy comes out who I thought was the manager? But I'm not sure... We tell him all the issues and we want our money back. He leaves for like 5 minutes and comes back opens the cash register and then THROWS the $45 in 5's at me. Then he grabs the boxes of hot dogs and aggressively threw them in the trash. I said "Have a good night" and walked out. As we met the other girls outside they show me a video of the "server" and "manager" cooking our food out back in a MICROWAVE and they said once we cancelled our orders they unplugged the microwave and took it back inside. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? PICTURE IS ATTACHED They should have just said they aren't serving food at this time and ALL OF THIS could have been avoided but they were trying to make a quick buck by serving low quality food. The service and food was BY FAR the worst experience I have had in the city of Nashville. I will tell everyone to NEVER attend this establishment. They should be shut down for their TERRIBLE service. We have all been in the restaurant industry and could not believe this Bar and Grill is still open after we experienced their RUDE staff and TERRIBLE...

Weird...its a bar right? Ok so a few minutes later we forget about that and just go on talking to one another and the same guy comes back and says if he has to tell us to get away from the bar one more time he will drag me out of the place. So me and my friend take a few steps away, let him pass to yell at other people, and turn to the bartender and tell her what happened, we looked around and clearly werent in anyones way (not very busy), not being rowdy or anything...so we thought it was just really weird and were hoping she would tell the guy to simmer down. But she ALSO told us he was right and they had signs posted to get away from the bar. And I would totally understand if like we were keeping people from getting to the bar or whatever, which we weren't, but still is that worth kicking people out of the bar for? So after that I just turned to my group and told them to all close their tabs and we would go to any one of the other 50 bars within walking distance. And of course down the bar is that bouncer just staring at me, presumably waiting for me to get near the bar again. So I told him he wasn't a very nice person (using some different wording), he got some buddies, I just turned and started walking myself out, he came up behind me and tried to grab my Capri Sun (w/ vodka) out of my hand but instead squeezed it into an innocent bystanders face while trying to take it from me, and I just kept walking out the door to Kung Fu. Had a good...
Read moreA group of us came in looking to get some bar food and watch football. No host so we sat ourselves at an open table. It was evident no one planned to greet us after several mins so I went to the bar and asked how their service works for food. Bartender said it is self service, meaning each person needs to individually order. I thought this a little strange considering there was plenty of staff and the place was not busy. I asked if it logistically made sense for us to eat here and she assured me there would be no worries. I played server and got the order for my 6 friends and myself and put it in at the bar. The food came out staggered as expected and wasn’t too bad but 3 of us took our chances on their “brick oven fire pizza” thinking it sounded pretty good and it was barely a 2/10 at best. Heated up frozen WalMart pizza would be a contender. It’s a bar so we weren’t expecting amazing food. As we are finishing up eating a couple bouncers came in and said “you have to move, we need to clear this area.” We were left picking up our food and banished to the front of the establishment to finish off our meal while we sat in awe at the rudeness of the staff. The tables were heaved away and moved to make way for a one man band musician, or “vocalist” I should say that was apparently scheduled (may have been helpful to mention that before). There were like 4 people observing this guy and plenty of room for us to not be “removed” from our table as paying customers. I tipped 20% when we first put the food in. Wow was that a mistake. Don’t go here unless you like rude bouncers, clueless bartenders, mediocre food, and below average...
