I can still feel that "Urge-To-Kill" rising... LOLOLOL! My only hope is that someone might find some amusement from my review, and be adequately warned to stay away. That would somewhat salvage my experience~ Anyways, here is my tale of woe:
It's a busy location and there are only standing tables, looks clean and normal enough. The line moved briskly. After waiting a while, I witnessed the barista picking up an empty grande cup, filling it with Almond Milk. He then headed to the wall counter and proceeded to PLOP A MEASUREMENT OF MATCHA POWDER IN THE CUP. Barely shaking it, big clumps of matcha floating like disgusting balls of water moss, he places it on the counter. He was perhaps too guilty to give eye contact at my despairing face.
If you ever had the misfortune of trying to drink one of these abominations, you would know it's like drinking Almond Milk with Matcha Boogers. Yuck! Pictures attached.
I never felt inclined to write a review for Starbucks until yesterday at 1pm, but that barista deserved this completely. Hate might be too strong a word to express my feeling for you...but something close to it, like...a...loathing. Yesyes. Have a heart for a thirsty gal why don't you?!
It took 20mins of gentle shaking (to prevent spillage) to get a semblance of what my beverage was supposed to look like.
I was in too much of a hurry to ask for a remake. He seemed to have made coffee beverages normally enough. That discrimination against tea drinkers though, haha! Look, I love the taste of coffee, but it gives me heart palpitations and makes my hands shake, so give me a...
Read moreBeen coming to this location for 2 years now since it's conveniently located for me. Every time I'm here, there's always something slowing my order down.
When they're making order for customers ahead of me, that's fine. I get that, but please do the same for me. But much of the time, my simple coffee with nearly zero customization is often slowed down. They consistently wait to make it by serving other customers behind me first. A couple of times they straight up forgot to make it serving ppl behind me.
A couple of times the baristas were showing each other something on their phones while I was clearly waiting to order.
I've stopped tipping at this location all together. At first I'd only not tip if the barista had me wait for no good reason (talking to their coworkers about nothing or showing each other stuff on their phones). But now I won't ever tip at this location.
It's too consistent this behavior across all of their workers. I say thank you, wait patiently, and tipped every single time for essentially be treated like I wasn't even a...
Read moreI went here today 10/06 and I ordered a pumpkin spice latte venti.I’m not sure if the person taking my order didn’t hear me correctly but I was given a grande.Anyways I told the guy who made my drink that I ordered a venti.Instead of apologizing for the misunderstanding he was so rude.He was like “well you were charged for a grande” and then he just walked away from me.So I told him I wanted a venti and I proceeded to pay extra for the venti. He made me a venti drink and handed it to me.I said “Thank you so much” and he ignored me and just handed me the drink.Starbucks is know for their great customer service and friendly staff.I was so shocked today by the behavior of that staff member. He needs to go get more training and leave the job if he doesn’t like it.Starbucks has a great reputation, that staff member doesn’t represent anything that Starbucks stands for! First time writing a review about any business but I had to because I was so baffled by what...
