We stopped here after a long day of hiking around Park City. We had some friends who used to live in PC, and it was one of their go-to spots. We always try to eat like locals when we visit places we don’t live, so we took them up on their suggestion. We ordered a fish taco, a carnitas taco, an asada sope, and a barbacoa sope. Wife said the fish taco was great. And she really enjoyed her asada sope. The carnitas taco was pretty mid. Just a meh kind of dish. I really enjoyed both the Asada and the Barbacoa sopes though. It’s been a long time since I had a good sope, and while this was not the best I’ve had, its as solid. Plus, they have a great salsa bar with lots of options. That’s an easy way to win me over. The server was responsive most of the time, though he kinda forgot about us toward the end. We were one of 2 tables in there, so I’m not sure what was going on. I’ll give him the benefit of the doubt on this one.

I’m in Park City for the Sundance Film Festival (if you haven’t been to it, and your local—shame on you—it’s an incredible event). In between screenings, I decided to try out Sergio’s. I ordered the Mole Michoacana and an horchata. I was pleasantly surprised with the taste and quality of the mole. Very rich and hearty. The tortillas that came with it felt and tasted as if they were homemade (can’t confirm this as I didn’t ask). The horchata was blended nicely, not too sweet, and had great consistency and wasn’t too watery. I gave their service 2 stars because they forgot about me and my wait was a bit long. Other than that, it was a good experience.

I recently visited Sergio's Mexican restaurant, and it was such a great experience! The two menus are an amazing —one features all the classic favorites, and the other focuses on mariscos. I decided to try their fish tacos, and they were bursting with flavor, perfectly seasoned, and cooked to perfection. My mother went for the ceviche de camarón and couldn't stop talking about them! The atmosphere was great and friendly staff made us feel right at home. Plus, their homemade salsas are a must-try! If you're a fan of Mexican cuisine, Sergio's offers something for everyone. I can’t wait to go back and explore more of the mariscos menu!

This place was a joke and possibly the worst experience I have had in years at a dinner in PC. First the floor was greasy and slippery, our server was horrible and the food could not have been more flavorless and bland. It started when we asked for two beers and when they came she only brought the bottles so we asked for cold glasses at that time. She proceeded to only bring us one cold glass and I asked another time for a cold glass and she never did bring me one. (Not that big of deal really) However it got worse when I ordered the Carne Asada plate that clearly stated on the menu it was prepared with grilled onions and jalapenos which it came with neither of. The piece of meat was gigantic and looked like a piece of shoe leather being left to dry. I asked her about the Onions and Jalapenos and she argued that it was not supposed to come with them. We showed her on the menu what it said and her response was "I have worked here for a year and this is the way it always come out. So I guess the customer and the menu are not always right??? To finish it off the food was lacking any flavor at all with the rice being hard and crunchy, the beans not even being cooked all the way and that piece of meat did not only look like shoe leather it tasted like it also. The Salsa bar was out of everything, was a mess and they charge you for a second basket of chips. Really? This review would not let me post unless I gave it one (1) star but it does not...

The food at Sergios was pretty good. We had a variety of items in our group of 10, tacos, carnitas, sopes, and more. All of it was pretty good, though the carne asada was overcooked and dry. The biggest problem we had was service. It seemed like there was not enough wait staff for the number of tables, and there aren't many tables. We had to wait quite a while to get our drinks, and then to order. Once we ordered another table of 6 sat down nearby. We then watched as half our group got their food, and then the table of 6 order and got their food. By this point it had been 45 minutes from when we ordered and 4 of us had no food. Apparently they had completely misplaced our order. They finally brought it out and got my wife's order wrong, bringing out something completely different. Needless to say, she wasn't happy, but at this point it was so late she just ate it.

If the service was better the review would probably be quite a bit higher, but between the dry overcooked carne asada, the terrible service and the wrong food I can't give...

We called for a reservation and they seemed to be trying several ways to talk us out of coming, which should have been a red flag. We had trouble finding it because their sign is not lit and hard to see. We were there 2-2.5 hrs and the entire time we were the only customers in the entire restaurant. Nobody else even came in! The chicken mole was small portions and not really mole, and not great tasting. I don't know what their sauce was but it wasn't mole. One in our group asked for his fajitas to be spicy - they put so much pepper powder on it that our entire table evacuated for about 10 min because it was causing everyone respiratory compromise! But it tasted good. Another in our group got fajitas and they looked good too. Never offered to refill our water or soda. They were very self-conscious about not being able to serve alcohol. Our group didn't care about that but thought I would mention it. Not sure if they recently lost their liquor license or what...
