Subway — Restaurant in Twin Falls

Went in on the 22nd. There was one girl working by herself. Brown hair, overweight, glasses. She came out to make my sandwich. I watched through the glass as she squinted at the bread, looked closer then pulled a hair off. She continued to cut my bread. I said, "um is that a hair?" She didnt respond and then just threw it away. EW. After my sandwich was made I looked for a clean table. Every single one was dirty. It was dead in there and she could've cleaned. The whole time she was playing her own personal music. Wasn't a fan of that. The next customer comes in and as shes making their sandwich shes on her personal cell phone talking with the owner I assume based on what they were speaking about. She took the customers money, still on the phone. She hangs up and then calls an employee and is yelling at them that they better be at their shift tonight because no one can watch her kids. Then she goes outside and is SCREAMING profanities through the phone. Yeah, um I'm never going back. Can anyone tell me if there is a subway that isnt owned by the same owner in Twin. They're all trash around here. I definitely prefer Jimmy Johns but I wish they had...

I’ve used the drive-thru here a few times before and always had some trouble with it, but this time was not acceptable service from the man operating the drive-thru menu. We first pull up and he told us to wait a minute as he was attending something else first. Few minutes pass and he asks us what he could get for us. We start ordering and it’s going smoothly, I then ordered ‘the boss’ as they have advertised on the menu. He starts asking how I would like everything on it. We told him “just as it says on the menu” he then followed that up with about a minute of silence (which I didn’t think much of at first) then blurts out of nowhere in a rude manner “pull up to the window.” We weren’t even done with our order yet sir. Luckily the lady at the window was nice enough to finish our order for us but we are not impressed with...

I pulled up to the drive thru and the gentlemen told me he would be right with me as he needed to attend the customers in store first. I was fine with that. I waited for 15 mins and tried to get his attention. No answer. Backed up and pulled up again and was told to wait again. 10 mins later, I attempted to get his attention again to no avail. Once again, I pulled back and forward to get his attention and asked if it normally took 35 mins to get an order in. He told me that I left multiple times and blamed me on never getting attended. After 35 mins, not once did anyone attempt to take my order. I fully understand being the only employee, and even forgetting to attend the drive thru for a few mins. 35 mins of nothing, then blaming the customer was too much for me.
