They care more about drive-thru than people in the restaurant. Every time someone ordered drive-thru, they would stop and do it, I waited 20 minutes for donuts and a drink. Also, the munchkin jelly donuts weren’t filled. Worst donuts in the world! It was like eating the world’s driest bread. Disgusting.
Update: morning of November 4, 2024
I guess shame on me for trying this place again. I try to order and the machine says there is a no ice available and I ask the employee about it and she rudely says no we have ice. What’s the problem? I tell them the machine says you don’t. You might want to fix that. Then she walks back to the counter to talk to her fellow employee. At one point, she rudely referred to the employee as Honey Boo Boo, loud enough for everyone to hear. Then as I’m waiting for my order, the two are yelling back and forth about someone owing the other $20 for their till or whatever. I’m sitting here as my drink is not being made because they are going on about that. I really think that you should have that conversation privately and not in front of guests. By the way, they didn’t care as I recorded the whole thing. Worst customer service ever. Then as I continue to wait, I find a dead fly on the ground. I will never come here again.
Update: I came here again bad decision. This time, they gave someone my food. Then took it back as the guest said it wasn’t theirs. Then was trying to give it...
Read moreI was going through the drive through. Took about 3 minutes for them to realize I was there. Fast forward to the food. They forgot my avocado toast with bacon. I proceeded to head inside and notify staff. They decided to argue for a few minutes as to whose fault it was that it was forgotten. I didn't care the fault, I just wanted my food. The one who was going to make my food touched her face and nose before putting on gloves thus contaminating said gloves. I advised the employee that she should have washed her hands after touching her face. Basically all of my experience in food service and production that I have means nothing. She continued to make my toast with contaminated gloves. The employee removed her gloves, opened a plastic knife for the avocado spread without gloves and touched the entire blade of said knife. The entire time I was watching her, she keep mumbling to herself. Probably upset that I had said something, but did nothing to fix it. As she was spreading the avocado on the toast, I told her I didn't care anymore and she should fix her attitude. Then proceeded to leave the store. What bothers me the most is the fact that there are many people living with compromised immune systems. I know children that can die from a common cold. The lack of basic health code procedures in this one employee was astounding. Be cautious about the food prepared in this...
Read moreNot sure if anyone in upper management will see this but I need to say I experienced one of the most immature and unprofessional, supervisor to employee (or management to employee) interactions today at the Dells location. I was in getting my regular coffee and doughnuts, etc. and a man with glasses and a spiked mohawk, Who must be a supervisor or manager, yelling at a regular employee who I see all the time and is always polite and kind. I saw her working in the front and I heard him yelling at her about a break and asking her in a very condescending way.....do you understand??? Or ...is that understood??? Either way it was extremely tasteless and I was humiliated for her. I have been in the customer service industry over most of my career and in management. This was in bad taste and left probably everyone in the store (and gas station) feeling uncomfortable. This guy, if he really had some constructive criticism, or issues over a break, should have handled it differently. To see him scream towards an employee over a break (for smoking or not doesn’t matter) it was like watching a 2 yr old throw a fit. If this was one of my supervisors I would have written HIM up for his behavior. Over kill. Immature. Unprofessional. He needs to leave his ego checked at the door. How embarrassing. Sorry to the girl...
