After spending right at $700 on jewelry, my sons bracelet lost a stone a day later. We brought it in to be repaired, and they said it would take 3 weeks to repair, and I would have to pay the shipping costs for a bracelet that lost a stone two days later. Are you kidding me. It wasn't our fault the stone fell out, or that the repair would take 3 weeks. I can't believe after spending that kind of money, they would actually think about charging $10 to ship a bracelet that broke on the 2nd day....

Don’t believe anything said about the knives. We were told they were all individually hand made but it turned out to be yet another scam.
