I just stayed at Narmer and it was such an amazing experience with them I can’t even begin to describe how happy I was with their service, hospitality, and generosity. They are all such genuine people, everyone there is great. We were nervous to arrive in Cairo so late at 2am but they were able to provide transportation for us and it gave us so much peace of mind. Our flight was late almost by 2 hours and they were patiently waiting for us the entire time. We booked all of our tours and activities with them and it was hassle free, I didn’t feel worried about being scammed at any time during my stay. Booking activities with them also got us the best service because I assume that the individuals they hire want to keep getting business from them so they were always doing their best to keep us happy. The team at Narmer was even able to prevent us from being taken advantage of since they were kind enough to offer to even pick up food for us at local places so we wouldn’t have to pay higher tourist prices. I got the pleasure of being paired with their English speaking tour guide, Walid and he was AMAZING! He is so knowledgeable, a great photographer, and was very patient with us. His English is great and he even helped us at the pharmacy because we ended up getting a cough out there. We also enjoyed the hospitality that Muhammad and Mahmoud showed us as drivers, they are such nice people. Everyone went above and beyond for us and most importantly, made us feel safe 100% of the time. I would also like to mention that the negative comments on the smell of animal manure has nothing to do with the hotel itself, and I would say is inevitable due to the location of the place. Because the hotel is located in such a centralized area close to the pyramids, the hotel is near where the animals used for camel tours/horseback riding activities are kept. Once you are in your room, however, the smell is unnoticeable. I will definitely be going back to stay with them in the future and have already been recommending them to friends and family. May God bless this...
Read moreThe Narmer Pyramid View Hotel has amazing views of the great pyramids of Giza. From our room we couldn’t see them but on the rooftop it was just jaw dropping to be that close to the pyramids & the sphinx.this was open 24/7 and they allowed us up there with our own food and drinks to enjoy the light show in the evening. Massive thank you to the staff at the hotel they were exceptional. Nothing was too much private car, SIM cards, room service, just anything they were so helpful. From the day we booked they were in contact via WhatsApp, and answered back so quickly. Our driver was at the airport waiting for us and that same night there driver took us to new Cairo and waited outside the restaurant and took us back after. They arranged SIM cards for us and the price was very good. The rooms were large, modern, clean I liked the decor very much. The only 2 things that lets down the hotel is the entrance which is down a sand alley next to a horse carriage business that definitely takes away from the great things inside. The other thing that let’s the hotel and the brilliant family running it down is the wifi is pretty bad you have to go to different floors and log in to different wifi just to get a weak signal so this could be improved to as you can’t use your phone without a local SIM card. Thanks so much to the Narmer hotel again, you made us feel very welcome and we...
