I just stayed at Narmer and it was such an amazing experience with them I can’t even begin to describe how happy I was with their service, hospitality, and generosity. They are all such genuine people, everyone there is great. We were nervous to arrive in Cairo so late at 2am but they were able to provide transportation for us and it gave us so much peace of mind. Our flight was late almost by 2 hours and they were patiently waiting for us the entire time. We booked all of our tours and activities with them and it was hassle free, I didn’t feel worried about being scammed at any time during my stay. Booking activities with them also got us the best service because I assume that the individuals they hire want to keep getting business from them so they were always doing their best to keep us happy. The team at Narmer was even able to prevent us from being taken advantage of since they were kind enough to offer to even pick up food for us at local places so we wouldn’t have to pay higher tourist prices. I got the pleasure of being paired with their English speaking tour guide, Walid and he was AMAZING! He is so knowledgeable, a great photographer, and was very patient with us. His English is great and he even helped us at the pharmacy because we ended up getting a cough out there. We also enjoyed the hospitality that Muhammad and Mahmoud showed us as drivers, they are such nice people. Everyone went above and beyond for us and most importantly, made us feel safe 100% of the time. I would also like to mention that the negative comments on the smell of animal manure has nothing to do with the hotel itself, and I would say is inevitable due to the location of the place. Because the hotel is located in such a centralized area close to the pyramids, the hotel is near where the animals used for camel tours/horseback riding activities are kept. Once you are in your room, however, the smell is unnoticeable. I will definitely be going back to stay with them in the future and have already been recommending them to friends and family. May God bless this team always!

The Narmer Pyramid View Hotel has amazing views of the great pyramids of Giza. From our room we couldn’t see them but on the rooftop it was just jaw dropping to be that close to the pyramids & the sphinx.this was open 24/7 and they allowed us up there with our own food and drinks to enjoy the light show in the evening. Massive thank you to the staff at the hotel they were exceptional. Nothing was too much private car, SIM cards, room service, just anything they were so helpful. From the day we booked they were in contact via WhatsApp, and answered back so quickly. Our driver was at the airport waiting for us and that same night there driver took us to new Cairo and waited outside the restaurant and took us back after. They arranged SIM cards for us and the price was very good. The rooms were large, modern, clean I liked the decor very much. The only 2 things that lets down the hotel is the entrance which is down a sand alley next to a horse carriage business that definitely takes away from the great things inside. The other thing that let’s the hotel and the brilliant family running it down is the wifi is pretty bad you have to go to different floors and log in to different wifi just to get a weak signal so this could be improved to as you can’t use your phone without a local SIM card. Thanks so much to the Narmer hotel again, you made us feel very welcome and we appreciated your help.

I would like to highlight the pros and cons of this place so that it would help other travellers especially from India to make a correct choice. Pros: The Hotel is very close to Pyramid of Giza and the view from the balcony is amazing. Rooms and bathrooms were well maintained and clean Sameh and his hotel staffs were too nice and very friendly. The Drivers arranged by the hotel, especially the driver Islam was too good and helpful, he did an amazing job even though he can communicate very little in english. Cons: The worst part was the Guide that the hotel had hired for us, his name was Mohamed(Bald guy) he was rude, arrogant and greedy. he made us spend less than one hour in pyramids of giza, when we protested he raised his voice on us, all he wanted to do was to take us for shopping and scam us and get his commission, we were so scared to tell him that we wanted to spend more time seeing the pyramids inspite of paying so much money for the guide and entry ticket. He is a fraud and only worried about his commission from the shops, if Sameh had avoided him I would rated this hotel 5 out of 5. Travellers please donot hire this guide we though the hotel recommends its for your own good.

THE NARMER PYRAMID VIEW HOTEL||My stay at Narmer Pyramid View Hotel (from 08/03/25 to 13/03/25 was absolutely incredible in every way! ||Dr. Sameh and his team were always available to attend to my every need, is a family run hotel and it shows! ||My room was very modern with comfortable beds and a lovely shower. Everything was impeccably clean, including bed linen and towels. There was plenty of complimentary, coffee, tea, sugar, water shower gel and shampoo too! The water in my kettle was filtered and safe to drink. ||Perfectly located, the hotel is about a four minute walk to the Sphinx entrance to the Pyramids which means that the view from the breakfast/ dining balcony is about as epic as it gets! ||I booked two separate, full day excursions through Pyramids View Hotel to: The Pyramids, Saqqara, Memphis, Cairo Museum and the Egyptian Civilisation Museum.||Now this is the REALLY amazing bit..||They Hotel employ the owners brother ‘Tariq’ to run their tours and luckily for us, he is an expert Egyptologist, having worked as the VIP guide at the Cairo Museum for 27 years and the Met Museum, New York for 5 years. Tariq really is as expert as you can get, I should know because I am a long-time Egyptologist myself!!||So here you have a perfectly located, clean and very safe hotel right by the Pyramids, this really is as good as it gets!! ||I shall...
