Sphinx and pyramids Inn — Hotel in Giza

If you want to stay in this hotel, it is better to change your mind.

Firstly, we booked a room with a view of the pyramids, but when we arrived the hotel employee said that they do not have such a room. At the same time, his attitude was as indifferent as possible; he did not even try to explain the reason of this mistake. We lived in a room without a window, but as it turned out, that was a good thing. Moreover, we had to pay the same price as for the room visit you. Secondly, next to the hotel there is a stable and, accordingly, there is a very strong smell of droppings. Next to the hotel it is very dirty and very uncomfortable. There are many beggars who, as soon as they see that you are a foreigner, immediately come up to you and ask for money. Thank God there is no smell in the rooms, but as soon as you go outside you immediately fell this smell and it is very strong and unpleasant. Thirdly, the hotel does not have normal blankets, they only provide a sheet and a bedspread which is used instead of a blanket, but it is dirty, I think they are not washed or changed for different guests. The bed linen was clean but the towels were dirty and unpleasant to use. Also they provide one towel per person, we asked them for additional towels but we waited for them for more than an hour and we had to ask several times to provide us with additional towels.

They are cheap offering but expensive with their food. drinks, taxis or trips. By the way, the food is in the terrace (6 floor), no lights to read the menu, they just offer burgers, pasta, pizza… forget about quality, quantity, Egyptian food or reasonable price. In the bedroom, our sheets were white, and a pillow case pretty black too. One towel was wet when we came in, I want to think they did not have time to dry it after many years of sun… the internet sometime finishes because they have to recharge it. You are the one responsable to follow them to the cero floor and keep remembering them… they will offer expensive tours… instead of taking care of their guests, they want to empty your wallet. One guy there tried to “go out” with my 13 years old while she was using the internet of the reception (that one works). Not...

Cet établissement doit être fermé !!!! |c'est une escroquerie à ciel ouvert ...les prestations proposées sur les sites booking TripAdvisor YouTube et cetera sont fausses ! |La première arnaque a été de découvrir qu'il n'y avait qu'une seule petite voiture venue nous chercher à l'aéroport nous étions 4 avec beaucoup de bagages nous avions réservé un minivan pour 4 personnes avec des bagages.|On nous a envoyé un autre petit véhicule c'était des taxis au black il n'y a pas d'autres termes et vu l'état des véhicules nous avons déjà eu de la chance d'arriver à Gizeh. |A notre arrivée , les deux voitures ont disparu dès les bagages posés devant la porte et on nous a obligé à payer en cash euro ou dollar dés notre arrivée la totalité du séjour !! |Les loquets des fenêtres étaient cassées ,nous avons dû les caler avec des coussins et le lit afin que le froid ne passe pas ,les clims ne fonctionnent pas ,l'eau chaude non plus ,la rue est une puanteur avec les calèches, les chevaux et les dromadaires qui stationnent là pour aller faire visiter les sites aux touristes.. |La nuit les voisins et riverains se disputent dans la rue et le jeune homme de la réception traite leurs employés comme des moins que rien.. ...|Sur un séjour de 4 nuits nous sommes partis le matin après la première nuit car nous n'avons pas fermé l'œil et il était impossible pour nous de rester tout notre séjour sur le Caire dans cette porcherie....|Il y a eu aucune possibilité de dialogue avec le jeune homme de la réception sur le remboursement du reste de la prestation et le patron n'est jamais venu s'expliquer avec nous.... |Je déconseille radicalement ce pseudo hôtel, et je compte en référer à qui de droit pour que cet établissement soit rayé des listings afin qu'aucun autre touriste ne puisse se faire arnaquer de cette façon car il traitait tout le monde de la même sorte, les personnes arrivées derrière nous étaient également obligées de payer en cash la...
