Our family (3 kids) stayed at Sky Pyramids for 3 nights in January 2024. It was an amazing experience, the owner Mr. Beso allowed us to check-in early and had the breakfast ready! It helped us book all logistics from day one, flawless. Some of the rooms are still being renovated but the workers respected and stopped works while we were in. Pyramid views from the rooftop and even your own bed are just breathtaking. Looking forward to visiting you again!

Quelle déception. Attention arnaque. Les photos sur Booking sont totalement différentes de la réalité. Nous avions réservé deux grandes chambres de 3 personnes avec vue sur les pyramides. Nous avons eu une des chambres avec vu sur un mur et 3cm de pyramide. Je vous laisse admirer les photos. Le service est à la hauteur des photos, aucune formation pour accueillir des clients. Pour la petite expérience sympa, la serrure de la chambre était défectueuse et ma famille est restée enfermé 2h00 dans la chambre. Résultat nous avons dû décalé notre visite des pyramides pour éviter le soleil. C’est du grand n’importe quoi. Cet endroit doit être exclut de Booking qui ne répond à aucun standard. Mise à jour suite à la réponse du propriétaire : il continue dans son arnaque en répondant que ce n’est pas le même hôtel, mais je confirme à 100% que cet bien dans cet hôtel que j’ai séjourné. Je vais ajouter les photos de la terrasse (identique a sa photo de profil) ainsi que la photo de l’entrée. Une honte. Au lieu de vous excusez, vous continuez à mentir 🤥 il va falloir sérieusement vous mettre au travail.

Vraiment une arnaque! Rien ne va dans cet hôtel. Ils mettent des chambre à disposition sur booking et une fois sur place vous proposent des chambre rien à voir avec ce que vous avez réservé. Ils voulaient que j’annule la réservation sur booking en me proposant un prix moins cher de 15€ pour ne pas laisser de commentaire. J’ai refusé car c’est une demande courante dans ce type d’hôtel. Le gars de la réception est désagréable et nous prenait du haut. Ils n’ont présenté aucune excuses. Le petit déjeuné est horrible, il fallait relancer chaque fois et attendre une heure pour un œuf dur et un bout de pain. A fuir !

Kept saying “ 1 minute” every 5 mins. 45 mins later the manager calls & says our room is almost ready, to note we got there at 8pm so it wasn’t busy check in time. My gut told me this was a bad idea, worker had me talk to the manager who yelled at me on the phone cause he was too busy. So the workers couldn’t just punch in my last name? |Do not stay here, everyone mentioned after the showers don’t work....
