Buon Gusto — Restaurant in Prague

We decided after a long day of walking and sightseeing to find someplace close to our Air B&B for dinner, and Buon Gusto happened to be just the place (perfect considering not everyone in my family is a huge meat fan and many traditional - and delicious in my opinion - Czech meals are heavy on meat). We started off by getting drinks. I had the Jungle Bird cocktail which was excellent, but they needed to work on their Raspberry Margarita, as that fell short of expectations. Next, we ordered their Shrimp Bruschetta. Fresh is the number one word I'd use to describe it (and the rest of the food we had there). Truly delicious! For dinner, I chose the Tagliolini Bolognese. While in the past I've encountered many Bolognese sauces that are thick and seem like they come out of a can, this sauce was far from it. It was very light, yet extremely flavorful. The rest of my family thoroughly enjoyed their meals, as well (all light olive oil based sauces that coated the noodles in flavor). Since dinner was so good, we had to make some room to try their dessert. We ended up ordering and sharing cannolis and tiramisu. Do not recommend pickup from this place! Ordered pick up from the restaurant on their own website. The website order never sent a confirmation message but the restaurant called me to confirm when I would be arriving to pickup. When arriving at restaurant for pickup, the host was rude and didnt even acknowledge a customer arriving into their establishment. When saying hello to get their attention as they were working on the POS machine, they put their hand up and said "I saw you come in, but can't you see what I'm doing?". No hospitality at all and was only greeted with annoyance. They also failed to ask or provide any utensils, napkins or condiments for our order, which was just an additional annoyance with their service when bringing the food back to the hotel room to eat. The food was good, but the service has a lot of room for improvement. When the food was ready, they just put the food on the counter and just yelled over that the food was ready, not even bringing it to the table where we were waiting. I do hope that this treatment wasn't race related, but it did feel like they were just dealing with a Wolt driver and not a customer that was there for pickup as I have noticed most of the delivery drivers around prague are of Asian descent.
