This complaint is about the store manager, Dasa Hodzova who is rude, arrogant, incompetent and absolutely unfit to sell luxury goods. My boyfriend and I shop at Moncler quite often, especially in Frankfurt, where we live. As I was visiting my hometown, my experience could not have been more unpleasant. We came into the store, and it took about 15 minutes until someone noticed us and was able to help us. We came in to ask whether Moncler cold produce a tint foil for the transparent skiing glasses that my boyfriend has bought less than a year ago. The woman we talked to first wasn't sure and said she will call the store manager to ask. The store manager came and my boyfriend began to explain what he wanted and after the first few words she snapped him with a very arrogant tone "make it quick". I think this is absolutely unprofessional, but I didn't say anything and I let it go. Then when we told her what we needed she said "well have you tried the optics? Moncler doesn't produce tinted foils" to which we said yes, but they told us they cannot do anything and that we must ask in a Moncler store, but we already did that in Germany, where they told us they are sorry but cannot help us. She then said "well then you answered your own question, we cannot help you"- again, very rude arrogant tone and unprofessional thing to say to a costumer, especially a regular one. We didn't understand so we said "there has to be some way you can help us" and to that she said "I don't have to ANYTHING, nobody made you buy the product, so it is your problem not mine". This was the absolute last drop, after which my boyfriend and I began to get very upset. My boyfriend quite politely asked her "I am sorry, but who do you think you are miss? you cannot talk to your costumers like this when you are trying to sell products, and for a luxury store your behaviour is absolutely inappropriate". Then Mrs. Dasa raised her voice and yelled at us "OUT OF MY STORE! GET OUT!" like she was so superior to us. I am sorry but I always enjoy shopping at Moncler and have never experienced any problems, which is why I am writing this complaint, because I think that this store manager is throwing dirt on the brand name and overall does not fit to be selling luxury products, especially from a manager's position. I know many store managers of luxury brands, and this is not how they behave, no store would want or allow that. Ms. Dasa's behaviour seems to me like she is used to bargaining in the market with clothes for 3 euros and not clothes for thousands of euros. Lastly, I checked the Google reviews for Moncler Prague, and when I clicked on the negative ones, nearly all were about Ms. Dasa Hodzova! Please, I urge you, change the store manager. I think many people will begin to enjoy shopping in Moncler Prague...
Read moreGood shop, but unprofessional and unfriendly staff.. (( me and my friend had an absolutely useless problem with a VAT refund in a shop: firstly shop manager from Slovakia refuse to pay back 21% VAT because we had a custom stamp on a Tax Free form, so we had been asked to throw away Tax Free form (manager deleted it manually from Tax Free database) and tell us that "we should put a stamp directly on shop bill, then we can after shop will check during a few days if everything OK (what if we cheat or stamp is fake? O_o) obtain our money back in cash or credit card". Second time we have tried to put a custom stamp on a bill - custom officer smile and refuse to do it because there where no identification on a check who bought the good. So we do not have 13% from Tax Free office neither 21% VAT from Prague's Moncler shop... It was very uncomfortable and even humiliating experience.. Every other shop on Parizska street have no problems with a VAT payback in their shops with a custom stamp on a Tax Free form, and only Moncler (!) staff ask us to throw away Tax Free form and put a custom stamp on a bill. Won't shop there never until the staff will be changed (notwithstanding that the have a gift certificate there)... Lot of work for a corporate...
Read moreEasily the luxury boutique shop with the best customer service in Europe.
The manager and all the staff are very friendly and accommodating every time I visit. They exceed my expectations every time with their willingness to help me shop, from offering beverages to finding and procuring any products that aren't stocked or limited in pieces.
What's also really cool is that their service is not limited to in-store service, I have exchanged phone numbers with them to receive updates on any new products which I'm specifically looking for and they also encourage me to contact them ahead of time to set up a personalized viewing session or to order any products you're interested in ahead of time.
I can't help but stop by the shop every time I walk by. Even though it is a luxury boutique shop, the staff are not pretentious and treat you and everyone else equally with a warm welcome...
