‌We have just read your post about the bad experience you had in our shop in Strasbourg. We are terribly sorry that you had such a bad moment since our main goal is to share a moment of warmth and conviviality with our customers and to make them feel comfortable. We don’t understand what happened exactly but it is certainly a misunderstanding, our salesmen making jokes maybe not of the best kind but they definitely didn’t want to pick up your daughter. If you come around some day we would be happy to have a talk about that with you and make up for any inconvenience your daughter or yourself experienced.

The sales boys are complete idiots. They tried to pick up my daughter after she refused and said she that already had a boyfriend those boys kept insisting, asking her private question. When I noticed what was happening and came to ask "what was the problem?", the boy just got scared, he almost shouted at the whole shop that I shouldn't be angry and aggressive. I was left confused 😕 my daughter is 16, she says this was one of her worst memories from Strasbourg . We are never going back to this shop. Ok so this is a must stop if you like different things to add to your cooking. Once you walk in you are greeted with a friendly and warm staff ready to share all there tasty treats with you. They have all these different chocolate spreads, the have flavored liqueurs, different salts, a mixture of seasoning form different parts of the world . I could spend some money in this place and plus on top of everything they have a very friendly and outgoing staff which makes a huge difference. Please stop in here just to see...
