Every time I walk into the store I know I’ll walk out happy thanks to Giulia, an absolutely amazing sales assistant. She’s incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and has an unbeatable eye for style. She always helps me figure out exactly what I want, even when I’m not sure myself, and she never fails to suggest the perfect size and the most flattering color.

I had a very disappointing experience at this shop. The customer service was unprofessional and unhelpful. Several of the sellers were rude, impatient, and answered my questions in an unfriendly manner. At one point, a seller was talking to me without even making eye contact, which felt disrespectful.
