City Diamonds — Local services in Amsterdam

We were in Amsterdam, and I wanted to buy a diamond ring for my partner. After passing a couple of shops,we stumbled on City Diamonds. The staff were excellent. David served us and I apologise as I forgot the Lady's name who made sure we were made very welcome. After a short time, my oartner chose her ring. David explained we could recieve a tax rebate and explained the process. We received proper receipts and certificates. We were so impressed, we returned 2 days later and bought wedding rings to match the engagement ring. The items are all hand made on the premises which makes them extra special. A couple of years ago we went different jewellery-shops in Amsterdam for comparison while searching for a ring for my fiancé. We noticed that City Diamonds was the best. A year later we went there for our wedding rings, again after comparing a lot of shops. Nowadays we go straight to City Diamonds whenever we buy jewellery. The people there always take all the time we need, they never get tired of explaining and helping to make the right choice, everything comes with certification, they will clean and check the rings free of charge and they are very friendly. Didn't know that City Diamonds are a superior G-Shock retailer with a fantastic knowledge of the various G-Shock models over the years (including limited editions). The only boutique I have found in Amsterdam to change an original battery and reseal it to make it waterproof again and with a great cost as well. Having difficulty in setting up my 2010 Atomic Aviator watch so will ask them if they can set it up for me.
