It was one of the days of Black Friday weekend, despite that the crow management was done excellently by the employees attending the customer. We have received the right attention almost immediately upon visiting and entering the store; the representative listened to the requirement attentively and came with the perfect suggestions within a couple of iterations. Multiple presentative attended the measurement taking, order processing and payments and made our visit a complete experience within optimal amount of time. All of the representatives are cordial enough in attending our requirements and made sure customer is happy with the interaction made in doing the individual tasks. Not to mention, Ray Ban has a plethora of collections to meet the needs of different customer preferences and choices and this time too we are not disappointed at all. Entire purchase is a very nice experience thanks to the quality of interaction with people! Read moreHighly frustrating diffident and disappointing customer/front desk experience. The staff seems to have a “anything goes” attitude. I’d given myself 1.5 months to find sunglasses and they managed to mess it up two days before my summer break. They’ve been incompetent. I have had an ordeal for almost 45 days. First the frame wasn’t ok so I reordered with them. Turns out they ordered the wrong ones. Had to wait again for the correct order. When the right frames did arrive I needed to get them with prescription. Guess what? They took my prescription correctly but lo and behold THEY ORDERED THE WRONG LENSES! GREEN INSTEAD OF BLUE. To make matters worse they made a stupid comment about how prescription changes sometimes the colour of the lens to cover it. Not to mention every time having to go to their store - in fact one of the staff members commented that I’ve been there so often that they should give me a store discount.
