If there was less than one rating star i will really give it to this store !! I honestly had one of the most unpleasant shopping experiences here. During several visits the atmosphere felt tense between the team, you can sense that the moment you walk in !! the staff seem uninterested and give robotic answers with zero sense of customer care. I had a small issue with a return, and instead of helping or showing basic empathy, both the employee and the manager acted cold and dismissive and even a bit rude . It would cost you guys absolutely nothing to simply be kind and respectful to your customers. ( the return was because of an issue in a shoes i bought from the store a day before, they returned it for sure , but I’m talking about the way and the vibe and tone , its unacceptable “

I had a very disappointing experience at Snipers Store in Amsterdam. The first attendant I spoke with never brought the shoes I asked for. After waiting around for 30 minutes, I saw him leaving the store, taking off his store hoodie and walking out the door.

I then approached a second attendant, who told me they didn't have my size. However, I found the size I needed on display and asked for the other pair. The attendant disappeared for about 20 minutes and eventually returned, saying they didn't have the other shoe and it might just be a display piece.

Frustrated, I decided to try my luck with a very attentive lady who, almost immediately, found a brand new pair in the model, color, and size I wanted.

Based on this experience, I will never set foot in this store again. The service was incredibly poor, and the only redeeming part of my visit was the helpfulness of the last attendant. This store needs to seriously improve its...

ME COMPRE UNAS NIKE CUANDO ESTABA DE VACACIONES, AL DÍA SIGUIENTE ME LAS PUSE PARA DAR UN PASEO POR ALLÍ, MI SORPRESA FUE QUE SE EMPEZARON A RAJAR POR UN LADO DEBIDO A QUE LA TELA ESTARÍA EN MAL ESTADO O NO ENTIENDO POR QUE LE PASA ESTO A UNAS ZAPATILLAS QUE TE NO LLEVAN NI 6 HORAS DE USO. FUI A LA TIENDA CON LA CAJA Y EL TICKET, Y LAS ZAPATILLAS EL DEPENDIENTE SE VE QUE ERA UN ESPABILADO Y NA MAS VERLAS ME DIJO QUE AL SER LA ROTURA POR ENCIMA DE LA SUELA ES CULPA MÍA, LE DIJE QUE QUE SE HACE PARA HACERLE ESO A UNAS ZAPATILLAS DE 80 EUROS EN MENOS DE UN DÍA, SE MEDIO RIÓ Y ME DIJO QUE LLEVABA MAS DE 10 AÑOS TRABAJANDO CON ZAPATOS QUE NO SE LA IBA A COLAR. SEGUÍ INSIRIENDO EN QUE ME LAS CAMBIARAN QUE NO ERA NORMAL LO QUE PASABA, SE PUSO VIOLENTO Y YO TAMBIÉN ESTA CLARO, ME DECÍA QUE LO HICE CON LAS BALDOSAS DE LA CALLE UNA VES ESTO, LE PEDÍ LA HOJA DE RECLAMACIONES Y ME DICE QUE DE ESO NO TIENEN, ES POR LEY OBLIGADO A QUE TE DEN LA HOJA DE RECLAMACIONES EN UN LOCAL, PERO ELLOS SE HACÍAN LOS LOCOS AL VER QUE ERAMOS EXTRANJEROS Y NO VIVÍAMOS ALLÍ. I BOUGHT SOME NIKE WHEN I WAS HOLIDAY, THE NEXT DAY I PUT THEM TO GIVE A WALK THERE, MY SURPRISE WAS THAT THEY BEGAN TO RACK ON A SIDE BECAUSE THE FABRIC WOULD BE IN BAD CONDITION OR I DON'T UNDERSTAND THAT THIS HAPPENS SOME SHOES THAT DO NOT TAKE YOU OR 6 HOURS OF USE. I WENT TO THE SHOP WITH THE BOX AND THE TICKET, AND THE SHOES THE DEPENDENT SEE THAT IT WAS A SPABILADO AND NO MORE SEE THEM I SAID THAT BEING BREAKED ABOVE THE SOIL IS MY GUILT, I TOLD HIM TO BE DONE THAT TO A SHOES OF 80 EUROS IN LESS THAN A DAY, HALF RIVED AND TOLD ME THAT HE HAD BEEN MORE THAN 10 YEARS WORKING WITH SHOES THAT HE WASN'T TO COLAR. I WAS INSERTING THAT THEY WERE CHANGED TO ME THAT IT WAS NOT NORMAL WHAT HAPPENED, BECAME VIOLENT AND I WAS ALSO CLEAR, I WAS SAYING I DID IT WITH THE STREET TILES ONE SEE THIS, I ASKED HIM THE CLAIM SHEET AND HE SAYS THAT THAT THEY DON'T HAVE, IT IS BY LAW OBLIGATED TO BE GIVEN THE CLAIM SHEET IN A PREMISES, BUT THEY WERE MADE THE CRAZY TO SEE THAT WE WERE FOREIGN AND WE DID NOT LIVE THERE. IN CONCLUSION I WAS WITH THE BROKEN SHOES PAYING 80 PAVOS AND WITHOUT BEING ABLE TO CLAIM ANYTHING BECAUSE AS SOMEONE SAY THEY HAVE TWO GORILAS IN THE DOOR TO INTIMIDATE AND VACLATE THE GIRIS AS I BELIEVE THAT THE PEOPLE DO NOT HAVE PUSH.
