We had certain problems with this company mainly because they did not communicate with us when there was a problem. Several times they did not pick us up at the hotel where we were because the driver was supposedly lost and other excuses. We weren't even far away. But there were many delays and lack of coordination coming from the drivers. We woke up very early several times, enduring the cold, standing in the middle of the street waiting for the bus, but it never arrived. Only after hours and thousands of calls from our part, this was solved. The tour itself had no problems and it was what they offered. First of all we did the tour to Palccoyo Mountains which was quite ok. Nevertheless we paid more than other members of our group (we talked to them)!! We decided to go to Sacred Valley via Encanta Perú as well. The agency told us we will have an english speaking guide - but that wasn‘t true at all. Daytrip to sacred valley.

Everything where very smooth and punctual. Picked up at my hotel in the morning and had 12 hours packed with interesting venues.

Enjoyed the buffet where you could choose between 3 different restaurants.

Totally recomend this operator after doing varius tours in Cuzco.

Price was very competive as well.
