2 stars because there stuff is cute and good quality. Our daughter loves the Lama stuffed animals, so we came in 12/15/18 at about 5pm. There was one woman working. From the moment of stepping in the store the worker seemed unfriendly. She never asked if we needed help, or greeted us in any way. She almost seemed annoyed we were there. Then while checking out, she seemed like the process of ringing us up was just sooo much work. I accidentally pulled my card out a second to early so the transaction was declined and she had to re ring up the one item I wanted. And had acted like I had inconvenienced her so much by trying to spend my money there. I wanted to return the item but did not want to deal with her. So I'm holding on to my receipt in hope to return in a couple of days because I do not want to support shops like this.

I went to the mall looking for a teddy bear for my disabled adult son. He wanted something to hug and cuddle because my cancer has advanced and he was going to miss me. Stores with other bears just were not what I was looking for. I came upon this store and was so impressed with the wonderful soft sweaters and other items they had. Then I found the perfect bear for him. Just so soft, cuddlely, and the perfect size for him to hug. It even looks like my dog! I am so happy the saleslady took the time to help me find just the right bear. She brushed the bear and fluffed him up and I can't wait to give it to my son.
