David was so kind and humble. He gave me my DREAM custom wedding ring for a fraction of the cost anywhere else. It turned out better than I could have imagined. He was such a pleasure to work with. We have told all of our friends and family about him and they're also bringing their work to him from now on. When went to pick up my wedding enhancer we brought several other pieces we needed repaired thinking to possibly drop them off and pick them up in a couple weeks (David knew nothing about this until we showed up as it was last minute). When we walked in the door he had no hesitated and even cleaned my engagement ring, replated it ON THE SPOT! We were shocked.

I have never felt so much care and perfectionism from a business before, even ordering my custom ring he noticed very fine details that I would've never have notice and he refused to let it leave his shop without remaking the entire thing! You wont get that level of care and honesty from anywhere else! I am beyond grateful to this store. We live over and hour from this shop but we were so impressed we wouldn't go anywhere else. You have all our business from now on and will continue to be lifelong customers. We are so grateful to this shop for the honesty in their work, prices and great service they provide!

My anniversary plans for my wife and I were postponed. The plans were her gift and once they were postponed I didn’t have a gift for the day of…big mistake!

That morning I was snoozing and dreamt of Heritage Estate Jewelry. My wife loves heritage and heirloom products and frequents the store when at the MOA.

I shot out of bed and ran down knowing that my subconscious may have just saved my bacon. I walked in and started looking for something I know she would love. I looked through a case or two when I was offered assistance. I explained my silly situation her tastes and even the part about dreaming of the store as I continued to browse. The gentleman suggested that I look in the case behind me. I spun around, and perused the shelves one by one until… there it was!!!

First visit to this store last weekend to have them repair my engagement ring. It had lost a diamond and one of the claws was bent out of shape, so a couple things needed doing. The woman at the desk was friendly and immediately took care of working out what would need doing and came up with a fair quote for the job. This was on a Sunday and I was told it would likely take up to a week. On the following Thursday I received a call saying the ring was all ready for me to pick up. Went back in and was helped quickly, with the same friendliness as previously. The ring was perfectly fixed and they had polished it too, so it looked like brand new. Very pleased with how quick and easy the whole process was, and would definitely return if I need any repairs for any other jewelry. It feels like they go the extra mile to be genuinely friendly and that goes a long way in making customers want to come...
