Updated review: So I am one to give my honesty review. I was not happy at first how this was handled. After thought I am happy at how they did apologize and see my concerns. So I ordered my sauna mid Aug I hadn’t received it and got the run around and was called told it was going to be delivered one week but changed their mind because it was a floor model. So they would call back next week. Well no call was ever received and so after that I started to believe we were scammed because all of our transactions were done over the phone and by text. Well that is why my first review was one star because we were getting the run around and not being communicated with. Well I believe in the future we could both do better and we live and learn. Well the company did apologize for that and for the delivery misunderstanding too because I did know they didn’t take the boxes. He did offer to see if they could come back to take them but I haven’t heard anything yet but we will see if not hopefully I can get them to the transfer station before snow. We don’t have a truck and with all the rain and wind the day of delivery the boxes and styrofoam went everywhere. Though like I said they did apologize for the misunderstanding and did say they would try to get someone to get it. Had I know about this I would have msg other arrangements. I know I’m bouncing all over the place but also I was not here for delivery to get the information in how to use it so they did come back out to give it and I live over 100 miles away from the store and I was extremely grateful. So thank you again. The sauna is great. We both use it. Our friends who have seen it so like it and want one and before when we mentioned it before getting it they were like what ever but in person their like that’s so cool. From start to finish, my experience with Good Health Sauna has been exceptional. I was fortunate to work with Sarah, a sales representative based out of the Mall of America showroom. She took the time to truly understand my needs and didn’t rush the process. Through a FaceTime call, Sarah walked me through the showroom, carefully explaining her recommendations and how each option aligned with what I was looking for. Her approach was informative, thoughtful, and personal.

Sarah also helped me navigate the use of my HSA funds for the purchase, making what could have been a complicated process feel easy and seamless. She clearly outlined what to expect from the point of sale through delivery, and everything unfolded exactly as she described.

When it came time for delivery, Nate and Anthony arrived to set up the unit. They were prompt, professional, and courteous. They took extra time to show me how to properly operate the sauna and shared tips on upkeep and cleaning. It never once felt like a “sell it and forget it” experience—everyone I interacted with was genuinely invested in ensuring I had a great experience.

Now, just six days into using my Good Health Sauna, I’m already seeing benefits—especially in muscle recovery, relaxation, and sleep quality. I’m extremely grateful for the entire team’s support and attention to detail. They’ve not only delivered a great product, but they also created a customer experience that feels personal, thoughtful, and lasting.

We purchased a two person sauna last year at the MN State Fair. We were called to set up delivery earlier than we thought. The delivery people arrived and set everything up, plugged it in and showed me how to use it. They did forget to leave the manual when they took everything with them but we have found what we needed on the internet so far. The sauna has been awesome. I let it warm up before I get in. At first it just feels warm but after about 10 minutes I start to sweat a lot. I feel great when I get out. I wish I had more time to use it. It is easy to use, has different lighting and I can stream music from my phone via Bluetooth. I also like the feature where I can schedule it to turn on at a certain time during the day. I just wish I had a schedule that would make that work. We would recommend this IR sauna over a regular sauna too. It can be in your house (it is in our finished basement) and the maintenance is cleaning it with a rag and apple cider vinegar solution.
