Little Words Project- Mall of America — Local services in Bloomington

I was gifted some bracelets for the holidays, but they were a little too tight on me. I stopped by the store today to see if there was anything I could do to remedy the situation.

Annabelle & Nicole helped me out - thank you both! I was between an XS & S - and was worried I would either have to settle for something uncomfortably tight or too loose - however - these two took my bracelets apart and built me a custom size between XS/S that fit me to a T, meticulously and carefully rebeading them. I am from NJ, but I was at the MOA attending a wedding over the weekend. There is a Little Words Project around the area, but I haven’t had the chance to visit!

My daughter (5 years old) and I wanted an activity we can do together so we booked a 30 min experience to make customized bracelets (9/1/24). It was a seamless process to complete online. The store manager, Ilyanna (Hope I spelled it correctly!), was so kind and gave us such a lovely first experience! The selection of beads (color and type) were very cute and cheery. This place was a blast with my niece! The staff working was VERY friendly on the Saturday we went (6/15/24). They were patient and very helpful!! A couple bracelets we made were a little too tight (and by a little, I mean they were cutting off our circulation 😅) and they let us restring them and weren’t mad that we had to.
