I asked for a makeup tutorial and was told that I could only get one with an appointment only and I had to make a minimum purchase of $15. I told the rep that I wanted a tutorial for my graduation look this Saturday. I then stated I would do it on my own since I didn't have an appt. I ended up buying 3 products which totaled $108!! When I got home, I was excited to try out my new makeup and practice applying the makeup. I opened the box and it was the wrong color!! I couldn't use it at all! I called the store, spoke to a manager and was told that they only thing they could do is exchange it for the right color. I asked what they would do to compensate me for this error since I specifically told the rep I needed this makeup to practice that night and create the look I wanted for my graduation day. She couldn't offer anything! The least she could have done was offer a tutorial upon my exchange or a makeup sample since the employee pretty much ruined my night with her lack of attention to detail!! She was the only one working and there was this âKarenâ there being an absolute menace. The employee was doing her best to resolve this womanâs issue which related to a store credit card or something (why âKarenâ didnât just call customer service is a mystery). Meanwhile, the woman was being rude, short-tempered, and clearly felt entitled to monopolize all of the employeeâs time even though there were several other customers who needed assistance and our girl was on her own. The employee exhibited super-human patience and poise in dealing with that woman and I hope her managers see this and give her recognition...

I traveled 1,200 miles to see the MOA,more so M.A.C. My husband made sure we dedicated time to this experience. My time there was not what I had hoped for, and in fact the worst experience I've had within all the M.A.C stores. I walked in, browsed all areas and was not greeted or assisted in anyway. I was overlooked by a middle aged white woman that entered the store after me. I got my items and was ready to leave, to cash out took time as well.
