I recently visited Riddle’s Jewelry Store at the Mall of America, and I have to say, the experience was absolutely exceptional. I was assisted by Rosalinda, John, and Zach, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. They helped me adjust the links on a couple of watches with precision and care, and they made gifting my sister’s birthday present a truly memorable moment.

Not only did they wrap the watch beautifully with bows and a gift bag, but they also added extra thoughtful touches like stocking paper to make the presentation stunning. Their attention to detail, kindness, and professionalism were unmatched. I felt like they genuinely cared about making my experience special, and they succeeded in every way imaginable.

If a negative star (or ZERO star) review was possible, this worthless place should get one. Put money down on a ring. I tried to make subsequent payments over the last month and a half. I called multiple times a week and was told the system was up. The associates would not let me make a phone payment (like I was originally told when purchasing) and whenever I am there in person, their system "is down." Systems DO NOT have this happen that many times consecutively. After this experience I will not recommend this place to a single person (even my worst enemies) and I will be sure to warn people as well. We’ve been long-standing customers of the Sioux City and Davenport stores, and we were hoping that the Mall of America location would live up to the others. Thankfully, it did! We love Riddle’s in general, because they design quite a few pieces themselves, and you can always find something unique that you’ll never find anywhere else, at a really good price, too. I don’t say that lightly, as I’m known for being a penny pincher with expensive taste. As for this location, my daughter had saved up her own money to buy a natural gemstone and gold ring. The people who helped us were extremely patient and helpful, and treated her as if she was extremely special.
