the hispanic teenage girl working there alone had terrible customer service i came in just browsing after finding a bracelet o thought my girl friend may like i took it to check out and realized that my girlfriend may not want it due to the color of it so i told the young teenage girl i was not sure if my girl friend would like it so ill come back later after i show my girl friend a picture of it, the teenage girl immediately jumped to conclusions that i stole a bracelet so she insisted that i empty my pockets and empty my bag from lululemon after i did both empty my pocket and my bag she still believed i stole bracelets from the store so i told her she could call security if she’d like i don’t have anything and she just kept saying that i stole something so i felt as if i had to purchase that bracelet due to her believing i stole a bracelet. I visited The Inspiration in FL and did not feel like my business was wanted. I was treated as if I was invisible, not when I went to MOA Krista (manager) & Grace were amazing, as soon as I walked in I was greeted by Grace and she ask me if she could help me with anything.
