I took my daughter here to shop for a dress for Formal. I really like the affordability of things here, but the service is terrible. The employees act as though you're in the way when they're working, instead of putting the customer first.
While my daughter and I were looking for a dress, this one girl who was working kept getting in our way so she could put things away, and looking annoyed that we were there, instead of letting us shop. Like, get out of the way, we're trying to spend money in your store...you should be happy we are there!! She acted like we were inconveniencing her. Then when we asked about a different size, she again acted like we were rude for even asking her and snapped, "Whatever is out on the floor is what we have!!" and sort of shoved past us with an angry/annoyed look on her face. It was probably the rudest customer service I've seen in years. She should not be working in customer service. Talk to your employees about customer service or fire this girl. She's not right for this job. While my daughter and I like this store for the quality of product and affordability, we will not be physically shopping in this store anymore. I recently had bought a dress there for my brothers graduation party and I needed it quickly so I didnāt have time to try it on because it looked like it would fit me. When I get back and put it on, it was too big in the front and I had to some how fix it for the few hours. The next day, (today) I tried to return it WITH THE RECEIPT and they wouldnāt except it because there was no tag attached to it. Iām just a 16 year old girl who bought a dress and wanted to return it just like everyone else with the receipt which is PROOF I bought it and youāre telling me I need the tag JUST SO YOU CAN RESELL IT? Thatās insane. You guys are so lazy to make a tag so you have a freaking return policy about it? Iām pissed off because I live no where close to this location and I wasted my time there....

She was followed throughout the store because staff assumed the pair of heels she had in her hand were from their store, which they werenāt. Instead of addressing the situation professionally, the manager proceeded to act like she was working on an iPad, but it was clear she was secretly taking pictures of us while we were shopping.
