Candle Connection — Local services in Leavenworth

I brought my sister and her family to enjoy Leavenworth and the Christmas lights, they loved every shop they went to since everyone was so nice, but this shop was the exception, my sister bought some stuff and the lady was very nice, but when the lady was packing the candle my sister asked for an extra piece of paper to be wrapped into since the item was traveling to another city and wanted the item to be safe in her luggage, the supposed owner came by and asked why there was need for an extra piece of paper which was explained and she said the paper was wrapped into already was enough, then bothered to tell my sister "you know I am the owner", my sister said "OK", and "if you are the owner usually they are a little nicer when customers are buying their crap". Which I totally agree with that statement, the client is always right and when having a shop in a tourist place you must know and be ready that people travel from all over to Leavenworth and visit all this shops.

As an owner you should never come by and tell anyone you are the owner unless is in a good way and you are pleasing a customers needs, any other way you just sound rude and tacky, I don't care if you are the owner of the store or the town, if a customer asks that a brackable be extra packed because they are traveling, you just do it, that is perfect customer service, I went to another store, for a gift, for my sister, that was a brackable, when I ask the lady if she could extra wrap it because it was going to California, I never got a butt about it, she went the extra mile, that is what I expect of either a big shop or a small shop...

Either she was a worker or owner but was racially profiled here there was an American couple in the store with a larger stroller than mine and we were quickly told to leave which I read the sign but moved over to let other customers that had already paid walk through before I left the store myself.
