Very good food and very nice service. It is regular fast food where the items are individually prepared and then combined as you order it so the service is very quick. The worker who made my food was also the same guy who checked me out. He was very friendly and helpful and didn't mind my extra questions since it was my first time there. After I made my order, steak and shrimp burrito, I had to walk along with the production as he asked me what I wanted on it and what proportions. All of the individual ingredients were plenty tasty, and combined it was a very good burrito. I was most surprised by the size and amount of shrimp included with the burrito, very nice for the price which is reasonable for the location in DTLA. It is located one level below the street level at 4th and Fig shopping center. They have counter service only with seating inside at the food court or outside at the Plaza area. My only complaint is that the burrito was so full, there was no way to pick it up and I had to eat it with a fork.

The tofu tacos were completely flavorless. I order the table with cheese, jalapeños, onions, cilantro and poured nearly the entire container of salsa on top of the two tacos I ate and that barely helped. I’m genuinely surprised this place has so many stars. Perhaps it’s good for the meat options but the tofu was not good in my opinion. I would not order from here again and would much rather order chipotle…

This place is genuinely a hidden gym in the middle of Downtown, Los Angeles (DTLA). I was originally in the mood for a burger in the food court but the cleanliness of the restaurant food line and the smiles on the associate Hope’s face working up front drew me in. Food was top tier and presented with class. I will be back!

The favor is almost the same as El Pollo Lovo tostada. Only the here is expensive.. . I paid $32.80 for one tostada double meet a little guacamole and a drink. The price for the drink is fine but the overpriced for adden extra meet is incredible... they need to change this overpriced... Tostada $15.25 Double meet $6.50 Guacamole $3.45 one little spoon. Fresh agua $4.75

Even the price of the tostada is fine but the overpriced for a little extra meet and the spoon of Guacamole its insane.... Very expensive place for a normal flavor. Nothing extravagant... this is why I'm very absent because they should add the price so we can see it how much is extra if I would know I will never wouldn't add...

When I worked in downtown, our office would often order lunch from the now closed 6th Street location but I had eaten at and still do check out the still open food court spot at 7th and Fig. The one nice thing about that particular location is the option to eat in the courtyard. But the interior food court is clean, well-laid out and pleasant enough for lunch.

The food is uniformly good and prepared to order. A much better spot than...
