Horrible experience. I did the $90 valued makeup session. Where online it said that it's an "in-depth," makeup techniques session where I'm going to learn blah blah blah.... But I didn't.
First, there was no there at the makeup area. Then I stayed in line at the cashier area.... Waited waited waited and it was finally my turn, told them that I was there for my appointment, he giggled and told me to wait at the makeup area.
Time was definitely wasted.
I walked back to the area, which is in front of the store. Checked in, got my makeup. My makeup was caked on. I did told the lady who was doing my makeup that why my makeup DIDN'T look like hers.
My makeup was so horrible that I didn't even take any pictures of my face. The foundation she used and then I bought, I ended up refunding it because it was too light. (Which she mentioned that it'll darker over time?!?!? 🤷🏼♀️ And it didn't)
With her grabbing whatever for me to pay, waiting for her to come back, punching in the numbers, grabbing me the products she used, that time was all included with my "90 minutes."
So, yeah, 90 minutes isn't just solely on the makeup on your face but with other services.

I came same day after 2 hrs and half after I bought the product just to find out I cannot get my refund right away or correct their mistake because supervisor cannot check Camera. Why would I waste my time going back to the store if this charge is mistakes. I cannot come back weekdays because I have work and I called weekday so they can check the camera before I visit again and ask for refund just to find out that the manager who I spoke with didn’t check the camera so I waited again next week to find out they didn’t check again. So I keep explaining them what happened, finally somebody refund me without checking the camera because somebody(supervisor) didn’t check the camera( after grabbing my information and assure me that she will check it and I will get my refund without going to Sephora) after coming...
Read moreDecent Sephora, felt kinda ignored, no one really offered to help me which is funny because it was the one time I did need help. They seemed to prefer talking to the customers who were wearing foundation or modern makeup looks and those who were more young and fashionable. Can't imagine that sort of attitude would help clients who prefer doing their makeup without skin products or newcomers to makeup. Generally, Sephora has a reputation of being full of stuck up employees who only give the time of day to young (high school to like 26 year old) and well off looking people, can't say my trip here really helped with that image. Feel like someone should offer to help even if I've got undereye bags visible and a big hoodie on. It's a decent store but if I can avoid it, I'd rather just go to Ulta. More range of prices and products...
