I honestly don't even know where to start or how to succinctly put into words just how AMAZING my experience at Spring Muse with Sasha has been from the very beginning! My fiancée made the decision to get her permanent makeup done by Sasha first and when she told me what she was doing, I was extremely hesitant about the decision she was making because your brows are like the calling card for your face in my opinion and I've seen such bad brow jobs, so I didn't think this would be any different - I couldn't have been further from the truth. Within a few days of her appointment with Sasha and my seeing with my own eyes, the BEAUTIFUL job that was done, I shocked my own self by IMMEDIATELY booking an appointment with Sasha to also have my brows done. Even before my fiancée's brows were fully healed, I could see the vision and knew I had to get my brows hooked up too! Sasha's studio is conveniently located, super clean and sterile, and smells great ha! Sasha herself is a JOY - extremely professional, responsive, well-mannered and customer-focused, willing to work with your scheduling needs, doesn’t try to unnecessarily upsell you, and most importantly, she is SUPER knowledgeable about her craft! Sasha is a total gem to work with! A year ago I decided to get nano brows with another artist and they were tattooed (too deep) in the skin and started turning into a bluish/gray color. I immediately knew I wanted to begin my removal process and revert back to my natural state.

Picking an artist and doing research is always important and I’m thankful I searched long enough to have stumbled across, myspringmuse on the internet. I did not want to simply dive into laser, as I wanted to get true guidance from an artist who tackles the removal process, effectively and safely, and felt like Sasha embodied the qualities I was looking for in an artist.

My consultation with Sasha was extremely thorough and not rushed. We agreed on alkaline removal & the entire process was smooth. I typically have a high tolerance for pain, but this procedure did not hurt, as a numbing solution was applied prior to the start of the procedure. Oddly enough - it felt therapeutic. Also - Sasha ensured to ask me if was okay throughout the entire session and even reached out afterwards, to ensure my eyebrows were healing properly. I feel that I am in such good hands with her!

It's so extremely rare to find a specialist so skilled in their work, so professional, caring and gentle in their personality that it truly feels like unlocking a secret level living in New York. Sasha's expert advice on shade and shape, super light hand, and a perfectionist eye me feel comfortable, heard and taken care of from the start when I reached out with questions, and going into our two visits and the final incredible result. My lips look so natural and beautiful and I no longer need to use lipstick after a lifetime of spending hundreds on designer lipsticks that are either so toxic that don't come out even after rigorous make up removal or don't last 5 minutes.
