Sassafras — Local services in Pigeon Forge

We visited Sassafras boutique on Monday, August 20th 2023. From the moment me and my family stepped foot through the door, to the moment we left, we were NEVER spoken to. I am unsure if the current young lady who was working that night was the store owner. I do not recommend this boutique due to the lack of genuine hospitality. If you’re going to have a successful business, you need to speak to potential customers visiting your store. This was a 0 out of 5 star experience for us. This is a cute women's boutique with accessories and clothing. They have scarves, jewelry, purses, a few sandals, and very cute tops. The prices are mostly reasonable, and with the sales, extremely reasonable.

Most of the jewelry was marked more than half off. The tops, cardigans, wraps, and dresses were unique, not something you would find just anywhere. There were several cute, feminine tops on the sidewalk marked 50% off.

The lady who was working the cash register is actually the Buyer for this store and the other shops owned by The Old Mill Company and she was just filling in. I'll definitely check this store out everytime I'm...

Every time I visit the Old Mill, I have to check out the Sassafras Boutique . I was shopping and trying on clothes today. I want to say the employee that assisted me was fabulous. Her name was Karen, she was so knowledgeable with matching cloths and sizing. She was very pleasant and always had a smile on her face. It sure made a difference in todays world when people just don’t care anymore. I sure hope the next time I visit, she’s their to help me again.
