DICK'S Sporting Goods — Local services in Twin Falls

My husband and I went in last night Around 6pm to see if they had a certain pair of shoes. We couldn’t find them and it was obvious that we couldn’t and could have used some help. 3 of the employees were standing there at the front of the shoe department just watching us walk around and saying to each other we couldn’t find it. My husband went over to ask them if they carried the shoes, he was treated very rudely. The employee that answered him turned to him with an annoyed look on his face and flatly said “ No” then turned back around and continued his conversation about how badly they all wanted to leave. I just think that is incredibly disrespectful. I understand it was cold and they probably wanted to go home but customer service is part of your job. Maybe those employees should work on that for the future and not treat someone like they are an annoyance to your conversation. You are at work not on...

Picked a well functioning youth mountain bike of the rack for my nieces’ birthday, about to pay and leave the store but came to find out that can’t take the bike home because the only guy that needs to do a “ SAFETY INSPECTION “ on bike called in and not any other person could perform this said inspections!!! Not even the Manager!!! Simply kept repeating I understand but nothing that i can do ! Did not even bother to call any other higher up management 🤨 My concern why are they even on the rack for sale if not safe ?! Why the sales operations must be stopped because of a safety inspector whom decided not to go to work any given day ?!! How many other bike customers were turned away?

Big embarrassment for the nation wide store like dicks...

I think this store is great for people who are more involved in more traditional sports such as baseball, basketball and track. Not as much an outdoorsy store for people who ski, snowboard, and skateboard. Sometimes we can catch great sales, otherwise I think a lot of the retail product is over priced for what it is (which is not necessarily Dick's fault). The staff are always friendly and helpful at this store, and that is much appreciated. I would give it 5 stars just based on staff friendliness and management. And it is a very clean store. I give it 3 stars because it doesn't carry as much of the sporting equipment that I would personally like...
