Never buy anything online. I ordered stuff for vacation with expedited shipping. If it even ships it will just sit on my porch for a week. They can't tell me why it has not shipped or when it will ship only that it was supposed to have been delivered by now. My card has two pending charges for the same order. A gal from customer service was supposed to call or email be back 3 days a go and still has not. I’ve been with my wife several times to many locations. She always finds the jeans she wants there. Tonight we were in the store for over 29 minutes before any of the employees stepped away from their own conversations (we were the only customers) to say, “you still doing ok?” Like she had already been helping us. This is my go to for Jean's. If they dont have it in store they order for you and its shipped right to your house. I use the maurice's credit card only for the discount and then pay for it right away. Occasionally the sale area will have nice gems for me. All staff have been great so far.
