Play Joy is a silly name for an arcade but it is a fun play place to go visit.

This isn’t a dingy old arcade with games from 30 years ago.

I’m fact I’m surprised that every time I go there seems to be new fun games to play. I mean I’ve only been there a few times over the past year but it was like a new arcade every time.

Now the main reason I go is for the kids to play. It’s like watching your kids on Christmas. The possibilities of the different games and what they could win lights up their faces.

Of course don’t go in thinking that your kids are going to win the x box…usually they get enough tickets for something that you could buy at the dollar store…but that’s not the point. They love picking out their own prize and that is part of the experience for them too.

Now would I lie if i didn’t said I wished the games were cheaper? Yes that would be a lie, but usually the kids can make $10 last about...

I used to pull the big prizes 3 iPads, 1 xbox series x, 2 airpods and numerous pokemon card packs and enjoyed playing games at play. Now they have the games setup to just basically rob you. Some of the games are broken and don't work. I hope future patrons just ignore this place and run them out of business.

This isn't a complaint from one visit... I have been coming here fairly often (4-5 times/week) and was hopeful I was wrong. I have purchased multiple gaming cards and have confirmed after winning NUMEROUS high ticket payout games, that I am credited absolutely NOTHING. Noticed how worn out one of the cards is.. I've had that one for YEARS.

Super disappointed with this place now. When it first came to the mall it was fantastic. It had lots of new and updated games and everything worked great! Took my kids today and I was severely disappointed. Half the games weren’t even operational and several games you couldn’t even tell. You would scan your card and it would take the money off of your card and the game would t start or work. Loved it the first year it was in the mall and went several times.
