Brew-Ha Kings Square — Restaurant in Western Australia

I had been wanting to try this place but with today’s experience I doubt I will. I left the gym and asked the lovely cashier if I could get a little bit of ice for my water bottle and she smiled and said yes. The owner was there and said “I’m gonna have to charge you for that ice, I have to buy the ice bags since my ice machine is not working” I smiled and said “how much” thinking he was joking. He said $1 and then he looked around and said “or .50 cents sorry I gotta buy the ice bags” the cashier went and charged me the .50 cents and since people were looking at him he asked if I wanted some water (something that very establishment does, give out free tap water) the funniest thing is that when I got my water bottle back I had only 4 ice cubes left since he poured...

Wow, was blown away by the awesome service & yummy food & decent coffee! Ordered a breakfast special with coffee yesterday & told the lady taking my order I’ll be back to pick it up in 15 minutes as there was a long queue in front of me. I got stuck in what I was doing & returned an hour later. A different lady behind the counter was kind enough to offer to make me a new cup of coffee & reheat my food for me. Now to me it’s a cafe that understand customer service & that indeed is hard to come by! Stopped by Brew-Ha for a mid-afternoon pick-me-up and it delivered exactly what I needed. Ordered a piccolo and a flourless orange cake — coffee was bold with a nice caramel note, and the cake was moist without being too sweet.
