Worst experience ever with this restaurant. We were there for lunch and waited quite a while to be seated and no one attend to us. So my husband went in to look for the staff but he was stopped by this staff in blue, saying similar to this: ' You can't come in. We are very busy and if I have time then can let you come in!" Wow how unprofessional way to greet your customers. As we didn't want to waste time searching another restaurant, we just gave them another chance, seated and placed our order, we have waited a while and as we saw those who have ordered after us have had their food served, I went to check at the counter on the status of our order or if they missed our order. The staff in red was trying to find out more info from me but in the midst of speaking I was interrupted by this staff in blue (which I later realized is the same person who greet us at the entrance with his rude attitude and my husband told me apparently he is one of the owners whose picture is at the back of the menu). He said he don't know and he doesn't seem to be bothered to know. He said they want to serve us with best food and experience so we will have to wait. And I really get to encounter his so called "Best Experience" as he looked at me raised his voice and repeated 4 TIMES, SIT DOWN PLEASE!!! 4 TIMES !! OMG! I can't remember if he did say PLEASE as I was shocked with such RIDICULOUSLY RUDE manner. Come On! Is not like I don't understand English, is just a simple question not even a demand and I was not even arguing wit him but he CHOSE to respond and treat his customers with such disrespectful tone and manner. Is utterly disappointing and I felt strongly that I have to leave a honest review to be fair to any patrons as well as a chance for him and the company to hopefully learn from this experience and improve. I am also doing business but that is definitely not the way to treat your customers if they still want to continue business in the long run.

To conclude food is not as he claimed the best, well maybe to their own standard. Soups are sourish, ribs and carbonara spaghetti are dry. I have checked with my other friends who have been cesky krumlov there are definitely better options out there. Nic moc zazitek. Z cele vecere potesila pouze polevka a vino. Cekani na obsluhu prevysuje obvyklou mez. Druhym nemilym prekvapenim je (zrejme stylove) umolousany a osuntely jidelni listek, ktery neobsahuje denni menu a ani obsluha se nenamaha s jeho nabidkou. The second unpleasant surprises them (probably stylish) grubby and seedy menu, which doesn't contain a daily menu. pea soup or grilled perch with boiled potatoes and parsley pesto . Although fish fresh but still very dietary - bland, tasteless without a pinch of salt or spices as well as of regularly boiled potatoes tossed with oil and a little parsley does not correspond to the price of 265 Kc and highlights poor performance of cooks! The icing on the cake was the dessert that you can choose from an even more crumpled and greasy tickets (not so stylish at all). We had a bad experience here. My friend and I both ordered lasagna. When it arrived, the waiter told us it was hot. We both waited a bit and blew air on the dish. Mine was hot, but not overly hot, but my friend's was far too hot to be served. My friend burned her mouth very badly on the lasagna dish--she actually developed two blisters on the roof of her mouth. We kept asking the wait staff for ice, but kept getting ignored. To be fair, we all finished our food while waiting for ice--and of course, the lasagna naturally cooled off. I finally found the manger/owner. He was very dismissive. His response was, why did my friend eat the entire dish if it was unsatisfactory? We asked if he could take her lasagna off the bill, but he basically laughed at us, said we were warned it was hot, and my friend ate the lasagna. Of course, she ate it. It took twenty minutes to get his attention, she was hungry and the lasagna had cooled. We were told later by a local that the restaurant is popular, and she said the restaurant owner probably felt there was no reason to accommodate us, as their reputation is secure.
