Klub FAMU — Restaurant in Prague

Ok, they did not have any food "available", but the supreme customer service I (along with many others) got from the staff was such an awesome thing to witness. I love how the staff combined professionalism with genuine interaction, great vibes, mood and laughs, that made it all so much more genuine and proper. Despite the amount of people ordering so many things, often at once, they kept their cool and smilles in place. Rare to see that, but SUCH a delightful experience nonetheless! EXTRA BIG props, respect and creds to the joyous and wonderful Sofie and Mr. Shapeshifter Matyas for their outstanding coolness, service and customer care throughout the night! They deserve the praise, for sure, also for their great teamwork! 🙏 They're the you see on the photo, by the way. Not to take anything from the others who were also friendly and service-minded, but Sofie and Matyas... Something else entirely! 👊

The location is great and it is easy to find the place. Keep in mind that most of the times(?), they take CASH-ONLY for the entrance fee, but ATM's are nearby.

Despite it is a rather crowded place, I never felt thete was lack of space. So yeah, quite a spacious club too.

I love how the music does not male it impossible to communicate with others. And good tracks too!

Fair prices too, actually. Not the biggest selection of stuff to drink, but come on, it is a CLUB, after all....

Hanging clothes cost nothing extra either.

TL;DR: Overall a great club with PROPER and SERVICE-MINDED ataff, and a club that is WELL worth the visit! Certainly a club that I will visit again when I will return to CZ (from Norway), especially when they have club evenings/happenings like tonight! So yeah, if you are around, check out Klub FAMU! Klub FAMU changed the owner and it's approach once again. Although this time I'm not really sure what this place is supposed to be and I doubt the owner knows is either.

The location is super hidden, inside a building that shares with a school, so it used to be a known student club. The new owner undoubtedly raised the level of gastronomy, but unfortunately also the prices, so it's not very affordable by poor (art) students.

The food is good tho, but I am not satisfied with...
