So it didnt start off perfectly…The entrance was unattended and we had to walk all the way to the back to find someone to seat us. Granted it had rained but it stopped & there were seated guests outdoors. We chose outdoor seating since it was full indoors. The hostess said we could sit outdoors but didnt offer to hv anyone dry the seats and table for us. We had to request for it to be done. We also voiced our concerns if it were to start raining mid dining if they would open the umbrellas for us which they claimed they couldn’t do for fear of wind. We were terribly exhausted and took the chance and were glad we did. Despite the grey skies, the view is spectacular. You can hear the river and see the Charles bridge and island. The food was superb: Tomato soup was mouthwatering delicious. Squid perfectly done accompanied with cherry tomatoes, and arugula. Pasta with shrimp was al dente & perfectly seasoned. Hot Mulled wine warmed us up & was needed on this cold day. Towards the end of the meal, a kind server brought a blanket for us as it was quite chilly on this August day (low 50s) Valentine was also kind enough to help charge our cell phone, hence the 5 stars for service. And a perfect ending for our first day in prague.

When I was at strelecky island I heard a live music from this restaurant. It was beautiful and only this music convinced me to give this place a try. I was there in evening hours. I don't know opinions about this place then. Pros: - normal price of beer - live music half of time. On every hour there is like 40 minutes of music. Probably they need some break. - nice views on Carol's brigde, Wietlana and some turist boats from time to time. - regarding service... it was pretty good. They were nice, order was correct and no issues with payment. - pizza was good Cons: - price of drinks can be for someone too high. Overall good place to chill with live music and good views on city with some beer or wine.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Mlyny restaurant and I must say, it was an all-round fantastic experience! From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations.

Let's start with the food. The menu offered a wide variety of delicious options, and I was impressed by the quality and taste of each dish I tried. From appetizers to desserts, every bite was a delight. The flavors were well-balanced, and the presentation was visually appealing.

The location of the restaurant was absolutely perfect. Situated in a scenic spot, it offered breathtaking views that added to the overall ambiance. Whether you're seated indoors or outdoors, you'll be treated to a picturesque backdrop that enhances the dining experience.

The staff at the restaurant were friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. They provided excellent service throughout the evening, making sure I had everything I needed and answering any questions I had. Their professionalism and warm hospitality truly made me feel welcome.

One thing that stood out to me was the attention to detail in the restaurant's design and decor. The atmosphere was inviting and stylish, creating a comfortable setting to enjoy a meal. Whether you're looking for a romantic dinner or a casual gathering with friends, this place caters to all occasions.

In summary, Mlyny restaurant checks all the boxes for a memorable dining experience. The food is top-notch, the location offers stunning views, and the staff is attentive and friendly. I highly recommend giving this restaurant a visit. You won't be...

TOTAL SCAM! Please, please, please DO NOT go here. This place is absolutely horrible with the service and all of the scamming with tourists. My partner and I ordered two burgers (which were overpriced to begin with) and two ciders. After the waiter hadn’t come around for over 25 minutes, we went inside to settle the check. He told us “go sit down, bill at the table” in a very rude tone. He came over, and told us they didn’t take cards because “connection not working.” What place doesn’t take cards? After reading all of these reviews it made complete sense. We only had US currency with us, so we had absolutely not choice but to use it. The restaurants’ exchange rate is completely laughable and we couldn’t believe it. A meal - consisting of a mediocre burger and cider - that should’ve cost altogether $40 US came out to $85 US after all of his calculations. We were refused to speak with a manager and had no other choice. Horrible that this place is still open. Locals told us we should’ve...
