S.P.L.A.V. — Restaurant in Prague

I'm reviewing the correct business - just thought I would state that because I think my review is going to be the opposite of the ones that I have been reading. We found this "boat" on a very hot June day when we were desperate for a cold drink. We were greeted by the bar staff as we came down the steps. We sat at a table and the waitress came over and explained that they only take cash - not a problem as I was aware that some places in Prague were cash only so we came "packing". She explained the types of beer - light, dark and non-alcoholic, all Bernard - simple. I tried the light and the dark and enjoyed them both - not being a beer drinker that is high praise. This became our go to watering hole. We tried coffee's, tea and lemonade - all good. Honestly the best place to sit on a hot day and watch the boats, big and small. We also found it cheap compared to other bars - and especially UK prices! We were never spoken to rudely, or asked to pay. I always went to the bar to pay when we had had our fill of relaxing - as did others. We only ever witnessed others having the same positive time - none at all negative. We enjoyed it there so much we went there any day we were close enough to swing by. By comparison, a boat on the Thames serving beer costs at least £9 per pint which is 225 crowns. The lady with dark hair that served us was incredibly rude and unhelpful. We were not aware that they only take care and we were told only when our bill came. I asked this lady where is the closest atm and she said “do you have internet? Then google it!!!” and started shouting that there is a sign that says they don’t take cards. Honestly? Beer was meh yet expensive, ambiance cool, except for the unnecessarily rude waitress that was constantly rolling her eyes and when asked for some ice, literally said, then go get it in the kitchen. And left. She kicked us out a 7:20 (reasonable as the bar closes at 7) but she had no issue with letting other 2 tables stay until later.
