One of the worst experiences ever!!!! DONT GO THERE IF YOU WANT TO HAVE A GOOD TIME!!!!!!!

Where can I start?

Personal: THE WORST OF THE WORST! I have never felt so bad anywhere else. We were a group of 4 and had a reservation but it was said that we could not seat on the table I reserved because the tablet to order food and drinks was broken. After some minutes, the blonde waiter put a couple on our table and started explaining how the system works (by the way, they were sitting really close to us and the waiter didn't even care to explain). I tried talking to him but he was just rude and said that miraculously the system is now working. Didn't mind at all after lying to our faces!

The system to clean the glasses were somehow broken and when our table was cleaning our glasses, another table was just full of water. Somehow the pipes are connected and it was just horrible. Thank God the ppl on the other table were nice.

When we wanted to pay and finally leave the blond waiter just said that we could not pay separately. This is the first time I hear that. And he didn't care to explain, was just rude and once I asked for the manager he said in a very rude way "you can talk to me, I am the manager". He was loud, rude and made everyone uncomfortable. This os just unacceptable!!!

We paid and left and will never ever come back! I just hope that the owner of the place can hire better waiters because in this case this guy just made one of the most horrible experiences in a bar.

I was there on 05.03.2024...

This place is just a minute walk away from Alexanderplatz. Best days to go there are Tuesday's and Wednesday's when Champions League games are being shown. They have two big walls and two smaller screens. Wherever you sit, you'll have almost everywhere a perfect view.

The special thing here is that you can tap beer yourself on your table. Everyone gets a number assigned so you can always keep track of how much you drank yet. Be aware, to tap your own beer is more difficult than it sounds. But after some practice it will work. Additional drinks and food can be ordered via the little screen on top of the table's tap.

The Burgers are really big and yummy. But cost also 10 Euro or more. In general, prices are rather high here considering we are in Berlin.

Service is very friendly and doesn't get upset if you dare to split the bill at the end and pay all separately.

Overall a great place to watch a football game with your friends. Good beer, good burgers, a bit too pricey.

If you are coming in just to drink, that's the place for you! If you order something to eat, for example a hamburger, you'll get something so big, that you'll wonder how you are going to eat it. It will be served on a plate that will read: probably the best hamburger in town. Well, rest assured, it is not. But still good enough. They are still working on their röstzwiebeln, which were completely burnt, and their buns were very hard to bite into (I get it that you don't want a bun that melts itself when you are eating, but this was extreme). Lots of salad inside, a great mix of them, so if you're not the best friend of bitter salads, you might want to say something. Huge portions, couldn't finish it, for the price that we paid, excellent price\quality. The place is extremely dark and loud, keep it in consideration if you are there to have a conversation with your pals. Also, the restrooms were in terrible hygienic conditions, beware!
