McDonald's — Restaurant in Distrito de Cusco

A little bit pricey, but not bad. I am from the US and got a cheeseburger. Tastes about the same. Although they do not have ranch, never heard of it. And when I asked for extra pickles, the cashier was very friendly and said of course, she would give me two sides. Although, upon receiving my food, no extra pickles. After going back and forth, they finally came back and brought a small side, but I mentioned I asked for two. Then the manager got involved saying she could not give me any more pickles, as it was their policy, or she would have to charge me. I told her to show me where as I have never been charged for extra pickles. She then said well you already have two pickles in your burger. FALSE. When I finally left and ate my food, only one pickle per burger. And she only gave me TWO more extra pickles. Poor service....

After 3 weeks of eating delicious Peruvian food we decided to treat ourselves to some good old Mc Donald's burgers. Worst decision of this trip... This is definetly the worst fast food experience we've had so far in the world, and I'm not even exeggerating. We waited for 20 minutes just to make the order while there were only 2 people in front of us. After this we waited another 15 minutes to get our food. Which in the end was incomplete (we had to go back to the counter several times because we were missing some products) and tasted like it was prepared 3 months ago. If you are in Cusco and looking for some fast food try any other place because I'm sure you will be more satisfied. To Mc Donald's : close this place, it is an embarrassment...

We went to McDonalds at 10:20pm yesterday. We were told at the entrance that there were only chicken burgers and chicken pieces. A bit unfortunate, but it had been okay. We then ordered 2 MC Pollo Double Bacon (1 menu and once individually) with 1x fries and 6 chicken nuggets. Unfortunately, the fries weren't done yet and accordingly inedible and the two Mc Pollo Double Bacon unfortunately looked as if they were a bit older. Unfortunately, the cola also had to be said that there was almost no carbonation. I myself have worked in system gastronomy for 15 years and it is clear to me that you still want to sell things, but if the quality is no longer right then the guest should not suffer as a result. It's a shame we expected more...
