Our food was good, which is the only reason I'm giving more than 1 star. I'd like to note that while it was busy-ish we went during an off time (10ish on a Tuesday), so it's not like the place was packed. Normally this is the type of feedback I'd give directly to the restaurant, but I never received a receipt so I have no idea who was serving me.
This was probably one of the worst dining experiences I've had in my life. There was no hostess, so after waiting a bit, we were seated by who ended up being our server. He was short with us when we asked a few questions about menu items (there's no IHOP where I live) and also didn't seem to be writing anything down. When he finally returned to take our drink orders, we also ordered our food because we weren't sure if he'd be back. When he returned with drinks, one was incorrect.
While we waited for our food, we overheard the table next to use complaining that they didn't get part of their meal, as well as a dispute between 2 of the servers about whose turn it was next to get a table because they were pretty sure someone was stealing tables out of turn. But that wasn't the worst of it.
When the server returned with our food, which was thankfully correct, he also dropped the check. We thought this was weird...I peeked at it and noticed it was not our check and was thankful when he returned to grab it and take it to another table.
When we were done eating (he never checked back on us and I ran out of beverage, which is a huge pet peeve of mine, one of the other servers asked if I wanted a refill but never brought it) and we'd decided we'd had enough of the waiting, he still hadn't returned with our check, we headed to to counter, hoping someone could just pull it up for us. We got up to the counter, and he happened to just meet us there. He grabbed my card from my hand and ran it without giving me a check to review. When he handed me the receipt to sign, it was all wrong - not even close to what we'd ordered. When I complained he grabbed another server that was walking by. She tried to help him, but he'd messed it up so bad that she couldn't fix it, eventually she just added up when we ordered from the menu and was like, "well, he charged you less so it's fine." At no time was a manager called or anything. I went there with my 2 kids around 730 at night. 5+ minute wait to order drinks and another 5+ minute wait to get them (a water and a lemonade). When we received the drinks our server told us the milkshake we ordered would take longer because there “was a line for the shake machine.” The server didn’t take our order when he dropped the drinks off, despite our menus being closed and stacked on top of each other. Another 5 to 10 minute wait to get the shake and have our order taken. The shake was in a 12oz plastic cup and looked pathetic for $6.79.
Another 25 to 30 minute wait for food with no interaction from the server during that time. When we finally received our food the server apologized for the wait and told us there was a rush in the kitchen. He was about to leave quickly after dropping the food off. I had to ask him for refills for our empty water and lemonade glasses before he slunk out. I assumed he wasn’t planning on checking on us before bringing the check and I was right.
The food was lukewarm and had obviously been sitting around for a while before being brought to us. The entire restaurant had the ac blasting, despite it being 70 degrees, rainy and not humid outside. Our food had gone cold before we could finish eating it, and my kids didn’t finish their eggs because of that.
Just when I thought it couldn’t get any worse my daughter found a hair in her crepes. The server brought the bill when we were close to being finished with our food. I showed him the hair that we placed on a napkin. He said he would bring more crepes right away. I interrupted him and asked my daughter if she wanted more, to which she replied no. He came back with a new bill quickly, with $6 taken off for the hair. I was going to pay with my card so I could give him a bad tip. He took so long to come back that I just left cash on the table and walked out, giving him a decent tip because I didn’t have change.
My son and I started getting stomach aches on the way home and I had diarrhea when I got home. To say this place is foul across the board would be an understatement. Never going back. I recommend going...

We walked in and waited about 10 minutes to be seated, not a huge deal but they were not busy and the staff not once said anything to us just ignored us like they wanted us to leave. Once we were finally seated we sat for another 10 minutes or so before someone come to take our order and our waiter was the rudest. He asked like it was a big deal we came to eat breakfast and we were a bother. I just said everyone has bad days so we let it go. We tried to enjoyed our coffee as we waited for our food even tho we had to wipe the lip stick stains off our cups. As he brings out our food half my order was wrong and not what I ordered but I wasn't going to ask for it to be fixed as I could tell no one working there cared about any type of customer service. So I ate what I wanted and left the rest. The food was cold and didn't taste that great. I then made the mistake of going to the bathroom and honestly if I would have before we ate I would have walked out. The restaurant wasn't that clean anyway out by the tables but the bathroom was absolutely disgusting. I didn't even use it as every stal either had throw up around the toilets that was very poorly cleaned. There were spots on the wall that you could tell had been wiped up from previous that had mold. The vent on the ceiling was so fuzzy with mold I wanted to throw up. I walked out and told my boyfriend we were leaving. We paid our bill and will never be back. The said thing is because of this location it gives IHop a bad reputation and it's said because the employees don't care. I really have thought about contacting someone higher up as this location is being so poorly operated. I honestly wish I would have had my phone with me in the bathroom to take photos but was so discussed I just wanted to leave. If I could leave 0 stars I definitely would.
