I am not one to leave reviews but this one is NEEDED.
This is hands down the worst Qdoba I have EVER been to. I have been to this location a total of 7 times and walk out even more disappointed / in shock that this place is still open each and every visit
Starting with their terribly rude customer service. Each employee that I have talked to is extremely moody, rude, unprofessional on every level, and do not have a care in the world for others (especially their customers). My boyfriend and I were standing waiting to place our order (us being the only 2 in line) and waited 5 minutes for them to acknowledge us while they are all talking about inappropriate things and cursing loudly. When ordering, they throw everything together sloppy and never have all of the ingredients. They will groan and roll their eyes in your face if you ask for any request or even speak to them in general.
Another issue is how filthy and under-managed this place is. I understand hiring young people is good, although hire people that actually want to work and create a good image for Qdoba and make clients happy is who they should be hiring (each employee resonates the complete opposite of this)
Sagging pants, underwear hanging out, stained shirts, bad language, being treated like s**, this location is in urgent need of an evaluation for cleanliness, customer service, and knowing their items on the menu before they lose all business. I have tried to give this location a couple of tries and the benefit of the doubt (due to convenience) although this place is utterly unacceptable.
I am in complete shock with this being the worst restaurant experience I have ever had and will not be returning and would absolutely never recommend this location to any breathing person.
Update: After recently driving by this Qdoba location, I realized it has went out of business and is closed....
Read moreLeaving this so the owner/management can hopefully see this and get things fixed. I love Qdoba but have had several negative experiences at this location including today. I don’t think it’s the workers’ faults; I think it’s the lack of workers or training or something else. 1-this location is very dirty and always has sticky floors. I also feel like the workers should really be wearing hair nets. 2- I’ve had several issues with online ordering and they will just lock the doors on people who didn’t have online orders because they’ll get too backed up. Perhaps this is an issue with catering not being planned well enough? They often forget to bag sides of guac/sour cream as well. In addition, if you make an online order, it generally takes 10-15 mins more than they say, and today it took me 40 mins more than they said, which defeats the purpose and convenience of online ordering. There were several people waiting in there for over 20 mins for their order and no one was even acknowledged. Also the workers could be a little more friendly. Read moreI was short changed and have been working with the managers to get a refund. I was promised call backs and have not heard from anyone. I understand the investigation process. I would not be going through these lengths for $4 if it didnt really happen. If I cant be refunded at least offer a free meal for my inconvenience. I eat here often, depending on how this turns out I definitely will change that.
UPDATE: Never heard from a manager. Will NOT eat here or any Qdoba. Anyone in this area Try ClusterTruck!
NEW UPDATE I ended up walking to Qdoba with a co-worker who was getting food. I was asked was I getting anything and I said no I don't spend money here anymore. The manager "Lamont" (who I assume was top dog because of how well he was dressed) was interested in hearing what I had to say (which is important to me) after explaining the situation he apologized and offered me a free meal card and asked would that change my mind about eating here again.
